The place was overall very nice. We had no issues, but as a mom, I was worried about the bathtub being so difficult to get in and out of (dangerous even for adults). There was mold on the shower curtain, so I didn’t feel confident to let my little one take a bath. For the price, it was ok. Overall clean and in great shape!

We were there to golf, so having the two courses on site proved very beneficial. We did not use the pool facilities, and were disappointed that access to the hot tub was not included. The layout of the bedrooms and proximity to the smaller bathroom could have been better, but overall, the unit worked.

The condo is centrally located to most all of the attractions.We found the place to be clean and comfortable. I was so happy to see they had coffee, paper towels, etc. If I had to look hard to find something to not rate 5 star, it would be the condition of the bathmats (large holes in them) and the condition of the blankets that were stored in the closets. Other than that everything was wonderful!

Very nice condo

I have stayed at Herbert‘s properties a few times and everyone has been clean and well stocked. This condo is situated very close to everything that we need and we always enjoy staying here. It’s nice and quiet so you don’t get the chaos of the beach and so it feels like a bit of a retreat.

Home away from home

The location is perfect. It’s easy to reach all the destinations we wanted within Myrtle Beach pretty quickly. We’ve stayed in this condo before and would again. The owner communicated well and in a timely manner. The kitchen is well stocked with all the necessities to make a home cooked meal. The little extras like K-cups and laundry detergent were very appreciated.
