Will be nice if you guys let people know before reservations that is not elevator at the property and take off the nice building out of the picture and put the photos of the real building.honesty and transparency has to be part of a good business

Nice cozy condo steps from the ocean

Clean and very comfortable. Felt right at home and we enjoyed the pools as well as the hot tub. We love the general store and the other establishments within walking distance of the condo

Great location

Great location and the property management was excellent to deal with. I was able to text them when I had any questions and they immediately got back to me. Overall a very good experience. Condo was very well decorated. The only complaint I have is the beds were alittle on the hard side

Nice

The condo had recently been redone with all hardwood flooring. It was very clean and pretty. We had no parking pass on arrival and it was taken care of immediately with GREAT communication. The location to the pools and walkover to the beach was great.

Great home away from home

The apartment is exactly as was expected based on the online listing. The location is pretty much perfect with a brief 5 min walk ( with kids) to the beach. We had some minor issues during our stay (dishwasher and bathroom fan didn’t work upon arrival) which their very professional local maintenance team resolved within 24-hours. If I’d make it back to Myrtle Beach again I’d definitely stay in this location again.

Great stay

The property was nice for our little family getaway. It was on par with the price and great location with being walking distance to the beach. The only inconvenience we were not too thrilled about were painters working on the exterior of the building. We had not been told to expect this and while my family and I were trying to relax in the place on a break from the beach, we had painters unexpectedly show up on our balcony and surprised us (we had the balcony door open) to tell us they were going to be painting on our deck. They sealed off our balcony with plastic over the door and we did not have access to it on the last day. Would not have been an issue if we were told ahead of time but definitely felt uncomfortable having a stranger climb onto our balcony and pop his head into our place unannounced. other than that we were satisfied with our stay.

Quiet Retreat in Myrtle

Great weekend getaway!

The property was exactly what was listed and very clean! There were some noisy people setting off fireworks in the evenings but to be expected in an area that is very populated. Pool and hot tub were easily accessible. At one point I got locked out of the room and customer service was very helpful and able to get me my access code. Would rent here again!

Everything was perfect but was just one thing we didn’t like at all at the first night we found a cockroach inside the unit and out side at the entry door and down at the parking lot

Love this condo!

This condo was in the perfect location on Shore Drive. It was spacious and well-equipped with all the essentials. I would make a suggestion that they put a bedside table and lamp in the master bedroom. Also, the hairdryer was missing. However, overall this was a great condo and I will definitely stay here again!

MB During A Crisis

Our planned stay was shortened by COVID 19. Still, we enjoyed our 10 days on the Beach. Turnkey Rental did an excellent job managing all aspects or our rental which was excellent value. Their follow up was well done and would use them again.
