Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Muskegon, MI
4/5 Good
"our issue was with the pool/hot tub and service from the front desk. A large family was using the entire pool and part of the hot tub. They were very loud using water guns for the last few open hours (approx. 8:30-10pm) which was the time after we had checked in. At one point a child asked one of the adults if they could come stay overnight. She replied, no because it was a school night. That gave us the impression that they were not guests there. The hot tub was cloudy but hot. the fire alarm went off through all this and it took a few minutes to turn off. We went by the front desk, no one was there and called but and we got no response to the call. We gave up and left. We reported this the next morning. She (the clerk) said someone is always at the front desk but we told her that was not the case when we were there. That evening after the pool mishap we went by several times finding no one. When we had checked in the clerk came by after a minute from the outside."
