I thought it included breakfast like all the holiday inn but it didn’t. Rooms are too small and not very clean. One day our bathroom did not get cleaned and had no toilet tissue. Too many bugs in the outside patio including all the spider webs. Looks like the patios never get cleaned. The vents inside the rooms were full of dust. The rooms smelled damped and the carpeting needs to be totally removed.

Proximity to a lot of activities and things to do was great, while still being a little off the beaten path so you’re not right in the middle of the hustle and bustle of Grand Haven. Some of the staff could have been a little nicer, but overall great place to stay!

Nice waterfront property with lots of yachts to look at. Was kind of sad pool wasnt open though

The hotel is in remodeling so the bar area and breakfast area had no ambience

Make sure to request a room without a poor view. Was staring at a wall

Very clean. Awesome patio view ! 15 minutes from everything . There is a draw bridge getting here. So if its up, be prepared to wait up to 10 or 15 minutes before it goes back down.

The room was clean, but the "balcony" looked right onto a very close wall that made it feel like we were in a basement. I tried both nights to switch to a room less claustrophobic to no avail. It was depressing to open the drapes and get zero light. Other than that, the facilities were fine. If I were to return, I would make certain to know exactly where my room was located to ensure not having such a poor view. Would recommend to a friend on the same condition.

The only issue we had during our stay was a loud running machine of some kind outside our slider door. We had pleasant staff, a great experience at the restaurant, everything was clean. We will definitely be back.

Dirty Needs to be updated, beds were small and uncomfortable. Bathtub and liner were dirty

Great, comfortable night's sleep. Also enjoyed dinner in the bar.

Wonderful pet friendly hotel! Staff was great. Room was clean and had sliding door right out into an area for our puppy! Location is perfect for anyone wanting to see some great beach locations for Lake Michigan. Would definitely stay here again.

very clean room, the Hotel dining room was very good, good selection of food, my compliments to the chef, I'll be back, the addition of a small refrigerator in the room and an ice machine on the floor I was on (2nd) would have been nice.

Fantastic location for the Lubbers event. Friendly staff and beautiful rooms. We will stay here again next spring for the 2014 regatta!

Very nice hotel and great view! Restaurant was excellent, pool area nice, excellent activities for everyone! Def will go back!!!

The hotel was very clean and well maintained. The restaurant inside had a nice, reasonable breakfast. it is close to downtown Grand Haven. We would stay there again.

The view was spectacular, and the service was great. I wish we were there in the summer to see the boardwalk too. I would definitely recommend this hotel for its location and amenities.

Great place to stay. Hot chocolate and cookies at checking - a nice surprise. Also the desk staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was nice, large enough, with a balcony. Although we had a highway view, it was not loud. Coffee maker in room was a bit hidden - we found it in the nightstand. Breakfast at the attached restaurant was a buffet, a special deal for $9.99 - also a nice surprise. Good variety of hot food and fresh fruit, including made-to-order omelets. Once small thing was that the television had too many channels "unavailable" which made channel surfing annoying. All in all a good place to stay.

Enjoyed our stay. Close to Grand Haven. Excellent views on Grand River. Friendly Staff and locals.

Overall, we absolutely loved the hotel. Very clean and comfortable! Only disappointment was breakfast didn't start until 8am on Saturday. We needed to leave by 8 and was not able to eat. No resturaunts in the immediate area that we could grab something. I even went down early to see if I could get something to go and at 7:45 the area was still dark and didn't look ready to serve anyone.

Genuine, friendly front desk staff. Asked housekeeping for additional hangers and they were there when I returned. Wait staff in Jack's sincerely friendly to all customers and guests. Great location at marina.
