It was nicely located and our room was small but cute. Overall, I was pleased with it and would definitely stay again!
The property was very nice. It is up on a hill, but there is an electric carrier that you can sit in with your luggage and it will carry you up to the top. There are many stairs to climb if you'd like, but I'd make sure it's not with luggage. The rooms are on the small size, but decorated very nicely. Very comfortable beds. The deck area outside is amazing! Very large with comfortable seating. It faces the lake, and provides a very beautiful view, especially at sunset! This B&B is a little different than others I have been at, as it provides complimentary little snack items, soda, water, carbonated water etc.. all found in the kitchen. They provide a nice sized refrigerator to store any of your leftovers from dinners you've had, bottles of wine etc.. The breakfasts were a little different. Brian did a wonderful job providing options of breads, muffins, juice, cereal, fruit etc.. he did make some good casseroles, but as a whole, I think he should stick to basic casseroles. It is wonderful to get creative, but I feel the majority of people like breakfast items that are simple. You can always add items on top of an egg casserole, but once it's baked in, you can't take them out. He was obliging and made some eggs for a guest that wasn't a meat eater. Stay at LG B&B you won't be disappointed.

Thank you for your review of our B&B. We are glad you liked some of the extras like pop, water, and snacks as well as having the guest refrigerator. We appreciate the feedback on breakfast as well and can understand your comment about the basics. We rotate through 10-15 different ones with some basic like the Baked French Toast and some that are a bit more complex like the Fig, Pancetta, & Goat Cheese breakfast casserole to try and mix it up for guests that stay for longer periods or have been here numerous times.
