Trash- must be bagged & set in can on side of home. NO LOOSE trash can go in outside can. If you can’t access outside can, let host know you are physically unable. NO SMOKING.
Turn lights/fans off up & down. Set both thermostats: Summer set ac to 77. Winter set heat to 65. Lock all windows/doors. DO NOT lock inside bottom lock on front door. Use keypad only to lock door.
Return pool gate key to binder. Failure to do so will result in a $100 Replacement Charge Fee. You cannot mail it back. See binder on the counter at check-in for additional instructions. Thank you.

Cheryl, our host was very pleasant to work with and went out of her way to make our stay memorable. The house is lovely, organized, clean and stocked with extras. The location was convenient to outlying towns and we took full advantage of exploring the area. We would definitely stay again!

Had a wonderful time at a lovely home with a beautiful view. I can't think of anything one would need that wasn't provided . Everything was spotless! A notebook was provided with complete instructions including the check-out process. Thank you for a beautiful place to vacation. And we were blessed to see an eagle soaring over the trees.
