Perfect hotel for couples. Even if we were there in August, it was relatively quiet: we were spending a lot of time on the rooftop terrace mainly alone or with couple of other people. Fantastic view over Muro. As there are not many restaurants in the neighbourhood, we had a dinner in the hotel. The dinner was a slight disappointment, nothing special to our minds (we have read only good reviews online). Breakfast was better: not too much choice, but pretty served and very good coffee specialities. What really needs to be mentioned is the service especially from Pilar, she treats every guest with a smile and very professionally. Thank you for your excellent service!

We will come back!

The hotel is located close to the old city center and has an impressive view of the landscape from the top roof pool. It’s both modern and traditional, a mixture that makes it a cosy hotel in the town of Muro. The booking includes bed and breakfast, but you can eat in the restaurant aswell. Prices are ok and the food is fantastic. You can taste many different dishes of the Mallorcan gastronomy: fish empanadas, fried sobrasada with honey, soups… The gastronomy is delicious! Our room was very nice, comfortable and quiet, so we relax a lot during our stay at this beautiful new hotel managed by Zafiro Hotels.

Es war alles perfekt, herzlicher Empfang, tolles großes Zimmer, das Bett einfach himmlisch.. Front Office, die netten Damen vom Housekeeping und die sympathische, stets freundliche Dame im Frühstücksdienst waren super!!! Auf der Dachterrasse kleiner Swimmingpool und Whirlpool mit atemberaubender Aussicht über die Insel. Kann dieses Schmuckstück nur empfehlen.

Die Geräuschkulisse im gesamten Hotel ist sehr hoch. Morgens beim Frühstück hört man die Küche permanent, das Geschirr klappert und die Kaffeemaschine ist irre laut. Von Entspannung am Morgen keine Spur. Die Tische werden nicht geputzt und man sitzt in den Krümeln des Vorgängers. In den Zimmern befindet sich eine Klimaanlage bzw Heizung - diese gibt selbst nach Abschalten permanent Geräusche von sich. Dieses ist nicht abzuschalten und sei laut Rezeption „normal“. Hindert total am einschlafen. Zu allem übel hört man sogar die Gäste im angrenzenden Zimmer schnarchen. Die Poolanlage auf dem Dach wird nicht hergerichtet/gesäubert. Als es über Nacht geregnet hat wurden die riesigen Pfützen auf den Liegen nicht mal abgewischt. In den Whirlpool haben wir uns vor lauter Dreck nicht rein getraut. Alles in einem haben wir uns dazu entschieden dieses Hotel nicht mehr zu besuchen. Entscheidet selbst, ob ihr euch den Geräusche aussetzen möchtet. Sauberkeit sowie Service lassen zu wünschen übrig.

Der whirlpool und der pool auf der dachterrasse waren fantastisch. die zimmer sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. die bedienung sehr hilfsbereit, die rezeption sehr freundlich. man sollte nur wissen, dass muro, der ort in dem das hotel liegt, ziemlich ruhig und ausgestorben ist und es nicht allzu viel restaurants oder ähnliches gibt

Ein sehr schönes und ruhig gelegenes Hotel im schönen Ort Muro. Die Dachterasse ist einfach unglaublich schön und lädt zum Entspannen ein. Der servie in diesem Haus ist fantastisch und persönlich. Auch die Küche ist sehr zu empfehlen. Das Essen war sehr gut.
