Capacity for 8 people.

The villa has a surface area of 250 m² of comfort in all aspects. It has 4 bedrooms, all with en-suite bathrooms. 3 bedrooms are on the first floor.

On the ground floor, there is a bedroom and a fully equipped, spacious and bright kitchen along with the dining room. In addition to a small toilet.

It stands out for being a new construction and for the great quality of all the accommodations.

The outdoor area is not left behind, there is a terrace, fenced pool, sun loungers, barbecue, very comfortable outdoor furniture and a beautiful garden with a pleasant terrace to enjoy good weather, company and spectacular views.



IMPORTANT:

- All additional payments and online registration procedures are managed through instant messaging, outside the platform.
