Room was spacious. Booked for ocktoberfest. It was a 10 minute uber ride. The hotel is in a quiet area with a few resturants within a few blocks walk.

Good value stay during busy time.

Unable to check in until 3.00pm. No a/c. Wifi poor. Breakfast excellent. Bar good. Staff very friendly. Convenient walk to Olympic stadium.

The hotel was perfect for access to olympic park 2k walk away. Room i wish a couple more wall sockets to charge devices Would gladly stay again though as plenty of things and ammenities in the area

I was not given water heater for the four days I asked them. I was not even allowed to take coffee or tea even from the coffee machine but was asked to take only hot water. I have to carry from ground floor to 6 floor hot water in cups for my old parents but they refused to allow us to take it from the machine and sit on the ground floor and eat. Overall it was till now the worst experience in Germany. I regret for booking this hotel. Its not well connected from main station too. Its nearer to one of the tourist spot. Thats all. Otherwise i will not recommend anyone. This property should be removed from the corporate employee options. The behavior of most of the staff was very rude except one lady who really tried to guide me in seeing Munich 🙏 And we were not given wifi even for the entire 4 days. We had to shift one room as they gave a defective room on the first day. The second room was better, but had no windows just because it had a small balcony door. A very inconvenient place to stay. I felt very bad as my parents experience this in their first stay of hotel in their Europe trip. Overall in my 5 years stay in Germany, i have never got such worst experience.

This is not a 4-star hotel. We have stayed in 3-star hotels that were significantly better. Rooms had no AC, there was no room service and frankly the beds were not very clean. We were charged for parking yet had to park on the street because the garage door was broken. After it got fixed, we found the parking very difficult for getting in and out. Overall, we would not want to stay here again.

A Review

It was fine. The pictures don't really match the rooms, at least not our room. We requested by message, and had confirmed, that our room would have a double bed and city view. We got 2 twin beds pushed together and a view of the neighboring buildings bright yellow walls. We were told that we couldn't change rooms and all rooms were the same. The mini-bar / fridge was warm so not great for keeping food or drinks in. We also had some take-away that we wanted to reheat and asked if we could put it in the microwave for 2 mins but were told that we weren't allowed to. The room was very cold on the first night, and the radiator wasn't working. We mentioned it at the front desk and it was fixed later the same day, which was great. The location is good. Not far to walk to find food or drinks, and within walking distance of Marienplatz.

This hotel was okay but when I booked it, the reason I chose it was because it talked about the terraces and I even put a note requesting one. When we got our room it didn't have a terrace and unfortunately was across the street from a youth hostel that was very noisy. Overall though it was a good location and had a nice breakfast. The bathroom was a bit strange too with weird plumbing.

This feels like only a 2.5 to 3 * hotel. If you rent a car, don't park at the underground parking, especially if you have a medium to large size car. The space is super narrow, unless you are a very skillful driver. Don't know who design the parking. The bathroom has air ventilation, so if you take a hot path, the entire room will be like a steam room. :). The building looks old and many stains in bath tub and sink. The blanket has cigarette burnt.

Hottest period in Munich

Hotel was in a great location with easy access to the city center and the motorways. The only criticism is that there was no AC or air mover fan in the rooms. With temperatures at 30 degrees C at times it was difficult to sleep at night. Otherwise it was a pleasant stay
