The team were very friendly and responsive but the room smelled like cigarettes smoke and the pillow covers had a musty smell as well. Good area to get around.

Loud and smoky

We stayed two nights. Wish we had asked for a different room after the first night. Our room faced the court yard. There was no ac so we had windows open. Very loud and horrible smoke from people going outside to smoke and talk late into the night. Hotel was ok but ask for a room that does not face courtyard.

nice place

was a nice hotel. not to obvious from the road , could use better signage , the hotel is set back . we got kind of a bum steer on area parking and ended up getting a 40 euro parking ticket .

Upon arrival the room was not ready-OK it can happen. 19:00, June 14, 2023 I arrived very tiered back from the exhibition In Munich, the key is not in order to open the room. I went down to reception & back to the room. The room is not clean. The telephone in the room is disconnected. I sent them an email, no reply. Again, I went down to reception, they said "we clean the room every TWO days". I never heard about it. In my humble opinion, no value for money, I expect to get refund from the hotel. Thank you. Kind of a difficult place.

I couldn't arrive on the day of check in, so I called the hotel myself, to warn them that I would not be able to check in, after more than 20 minutes waiting on the phone, I gave up. Then I called the hotels.com help line, I was promptly answered, and the representative was very helpful, he asked me to hold on the line while he contacts the Azimut hotel. After about 25 minutes, the representative came back to me and apologized for the time I waited, and informe me that he wasn't able to contact them, he also waited in line for a while without any answer from the hotel. He said that he will e-mail the hotel explaining that I couldn't make the check in, and, will also ask the hotel for the possibility of a refund of the night that I lost. When I arrived at the hotel the next day, I explained the situation to the Front Desk respresentative, and he said that if he is working with a guest, he will not pick up the phone, and I also asked about the night that I lost, if was possible to refund it, he said it was OK and he will credit my card for that. That never happened, I got charged for the night that I lost.

The location is close to the transportations, but not close to the downtown, that mean if you wanna go to the downtown you have to take a taxi, Uber etc. Great customer service & it was easy to check In. Very helpful staff! Thanks

Carpets had stains, the beds sunk down and felt like sleeping in a hammock, tv didn’t work but they fixed it, patio below room for smokers loud until midnight and had to get up at 5 am for flight. Room was warm so opened up windows until the smokers came out since our room filled with cigarette smoke. Also advertised close to ubahn subway but had to catch a bus to get to the closest station. Asked about food in the area and they said just had Burger King. Found pizzeria Neptun about 10 min walk. They should know the places to eat and how far.

Surprisingly good for the price.

Surprisingly good for the price. Small room but all amenities in good working conditions. I would stay again if location suited me. It's probably better when you drive, because it's a bit of a walk to tramway.
