I stayed here with my girlfriend for 1 night only as it was just a gap in the calendar as we had different locations pre-booked so it was very last minute. As we walked into the room I had my partner grab my arm in hesitation as she straight away noticed what only could be described as ants all Over the bed. I couldn’t believe it. So I quickly calmed her down and we shuck the bed sheets only to be surprised by more underneath the bed sheets as well. I suppose what do you expect? The room was dirt cheap and it was very last minute. The room was a non smocking room and stunk of smoke... towels where very dirty/stained. But despite everything said.. the satellite tv was very good and we enjoyed watching superman after a lovely meal outside the hotel at a local restaurant.

The hotel refused to let me check in, Even though the Roma was booked for dual occupancy the hotel didn’t allow my friend to check in. My Itinerary # 7319378594675 I have been dealing with Expedia for a long time and this was the most terrible experience. I asked the hotel staff to cancel at the reservation at their end but they clearly refused. I would like a complete refund of this reservation as I was not even allowed to enter my room. Thank & regards Zeeshan Khan

Really nice property in a tough neighbourhood.

Nice budget hotel in a claustrophobic area, but then which area in Mumbai isnt! The hotel is very clean and the rooms are very well maintained. A little small but very manageable for 1~2 people. However, bfast was horrible. I have never seen a burnt Dosa, but seen it here. The Sambhar was pitiful. No veg restaurants around the hotel.
