The hotel staff was extremely rude. Took extra fees for my wife who was accompanying me just for 3-4 hours until I was going to drop her off at the airport. I have stayed at numerous hotel in the area that always accommodates this situation as they are familiar with it. Terrible experiance with the staff and the reception desk.
