The bed was comfortable, the air‑conditioning worked perfectly, and everything felt fresh and properly maintained. It’s exactly what you want after a long day navigating the city. The staff were excellent — friendly, attentive, and always ready to help with anything from local tips to quick arrangements. Their warm approach really adds to the experience. The location is a huge plus. You’re close to transport links, shops, and plenty of food options, making it easy to explore different parts of Mumbai while still having a quiet, comfortable place to return to. This new property is conveniently located in Mumbai's Colaba neighborhood. It's an easy walk to the nearby fishing marina (which has amazing site-specific art) as well as lots of shops, cafes and galleries. There is an excellent art gallery called Art Musings just next to the hotel in the adjacent alley! The service was fantastic, the room was spotless, and the view (from the 11th floor) was fantastic!

This hotel is next to a VERY BUSY main road and does not have double glazing. You will not get any sleep. The WIFI does not work and there is no separate shower cubicle…the bathroom is a wet room. Very poor experience!
