We were upgraded to the Taj Mahal Palace (connected to the Taj Mahal Tower) and it was totally over-the-top wonderful. Perfect in every way, with service oozing out at every opportunity. Wonderful room (great charging plugs, beautiful bathroom, lots of wonderful amenities, fruit and snacks delivered on the first day, fantastic food in the hotel, great bed/sheets/pillows.

We have stayed at some nice hotels and resorts around the world, and by far this was the best. Yes, the rooms and everything the hotel offers is 5 stars, but for us, what made this experience amazing was the staff. Every single person that works there go above and beyond to make the customers feel comfortable and welcome, and they truly do it from the heart, with pride and genuine care, not because they have to and it’s their job. Just an amazing stay! Everything started with a great check-in experience where Anosh and the team gave the full attention for me to the details! I was offered an upgrade and Anosh even offered me a nice pick-up breakfast pack for the next day, as I would have an early start going to the airport. Facilities are just amazing, sound & video experience at the pool in the evening, nice jacuzzi, tasty delicious food at Masala Kraft restaurant. Definetely go back to Taj Mahal Tower in my next visit! I think the warmth and welcome check in from Anosh has paved the ground for such a positive experience
