The bed and pillows were amazing. Sunset view from our window could not be beat. HOTEL is not compensating their staff correctly. We had a 15 minute conversation with room service about how they could possibly get a job in the USA. It was impossible to shut the door. On the other hand the front desk staff was fantastic. We wanted to buy those pillows. Breakfast was comped. Thank you very much. Omelettes were fantastic as was dosa.

I requested and paid for late checkout but they claimed that I agreed for downgraded room the night before checkout. Did not make sense to pay for upgrade and they shift to different room and twin bed instead of paid double bed. WILL NEVER VISIT THIS PLACE WVER AGAIN

Yes I had an ocean view room but they were not co operative at all I had a food poison and got very ill there didn't had the breakfast after having for the first time but they didn't provide anything to me except the fruit extended for one more day due to health issues but no co operation from the staff and property

We loved stayed at the Marine Plaza, we had a sea view room with an outstanding view of Marine Drive and the Mumbai sunsets. Rooms were clean, staff frieand helpful and the food was lovely. Ubers were very easy to get directly outside the hotel but also walkable to the Gateway of India.
