I booked the 2 twin bed room and end up in 3 single bed room. The room is small and congested. The shower room is small and no door in the shower room and the water flooded into the entire rest room. The complementary breakfast food choice are limited. The service in the breakfast room is poor. Expedia you are my favorite web site but make sure you know the hotel well before you place them in your website. By the end of the day both Expedia and the hotel will be affected. This is my first and the last at Auris Hotel Mumbai. Above all the front desk staffs are not sensitive to customer from overseas who end up in their hotel after 26-28 hours flight

Property as described - sometimes in Mumbai you never know what you're getting but this was an awesome value for the money. Property was clean, in excellent condition and bathrooms were very clean. Towels also thick and soft. Would definitely stay here again. Staff is also very helpful and parking on site was free.

We enjoyed our stay at Hotel Auris. Nothing bad to say. Room was comfortable and clean, maybe slightly on the smaller side for a triple room. Breakfast had a good variety and the hotel staff were always friendly and helpful. The restaurant underneath was really nice. Overall enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend.

The in-room TV, safe and fridge all were not working. We informed the staff and they did absolutely nothing. Further the same night we checked-in to our our room, we observed another staff checking-in a group of 8 men to another room on the same floor. They had the appearance of laborers. We asked the staff who they were and they said they were all guests. 8 men in a single room meant for 3 people? We did not feel safe.
