Clean and taken care of but the breakfast was not great. Everything seemed microwaved and even some of the food was cold. Would have liked more information at check in, felt like we had to ask everything that we have normally gotten at check ins at other places we have stayed.

The only thing I wanted to mention is that my floor turned into Camp Teen Spirit overnight. A full charter bus of high-schoolers moved in, and between the door-slamming Olympics and the late-night giggles, I got about as much sleep as a parent on Christmas Eve. For future stays, it would be amazing if business travelers could be placed a little farther away from the field-trip fun squads. I love youthful energy… just preferably not at 2:00 AM. 😄

The front desk staff was rude, I went to check in a little after 3 pm and was told I have to wait another hour. Then I was placed in a room that has a sewage smell and asked for another room. I am being charged and I paid for both nights in advanced. The hotel is trying to charge me and they are not being helpful. They keep telling me to call Expedia and the charge is not through them. I had stayed here a few times before and this time the customer service has made me unhappy. They made me feel uncomfortable.

Nice staff, very clean and modern like it was when I stayed here 5 years ago. Typical breakfast; okay food but a good variety and a very roomy dining area with lots of seating options. A bit noisy in my room as far as hearing doors closing & toilets flushing. The shower pressure was a bit weak and the tv didn't have a connection (so I read my book instead), but no big deal to me on those issues.
