The staff were very helpful and friendly. However, the room needed some upgrades. The chairs were stained and the carpet was dusty. The tub was also stained or dirty.

the property grounds seemed to be neglected in regards to overall maintainance. We were uncomfortable with the parking on the property

close too all we wanted shopping and casinos good value ,will use this hotel again

stayed for two nights. great hotel.,clean. staff was nice

Although the rooms are rather dated, it was clean & the bed comfortable. Bathroom had all the amenities required. Breakfast was rather poor, but we didn't starve. Just the bare minimum of cereal, waffles, & toast. Really small eating area with rickety furniture & barely functional equipment. Coffee was plentiful & tasty.

So my girlfriend and I stayed here a few nights until our apartment was ready for move In. We had our 2 service animals with us and we gave them documentation and they refused to let us leave without them...now as I said we were staying here 3 days till our apartment was ready so life goes on and we still have to work...the manager was rude and condescending when I told her our situation and told them the animals were alone in there that day..later on that night were sitting on the bed and our door starts shaking...I open it up and theres a goat headbutting the door no owners around.but she made a big deal about my dog and cat who don't make a sound.then on top of that the room was filthy and stank of cigarettes so bad my clothes all had to be washed when we left and there was fast food sauce sprayed all over the ceiling and top part of the walls..and to make things worse my girlfriend went to take a bath and the tub was broken..and finally if that wasn't a bad enough experience almost every time we walked out to our cars we would see these same 4 people using needles inside their car.gross

Hallways and room were hot initially. Room cooled down with AC. Hallway was not air conditioned. Back door on 3rd floor would not unlock. Roo. Ended up being nice size and comfortable.

I have a Newfoundland dog that weighs 160 pounds. I came through the front lobby with my dog and was attracted by a pit bull. I took extra care from then on before I entered the lobby. When I went to check out the day manager accused me of sneaking my dog and lying about the attack. The dog belongs to an employee. I paid and left for now. I have talked with a lawyer. She said they probably have cameras of the lobby. I just would like an apology from Mr Singh and his staff. Kelly Gerrits

Amazing Mexican restaurant next door. Room was huge but poorly maintained. Decently clean. No fan in bathroom. Cracks in walls. Quiet.

Hotel staff were great. Hotel guests not so much. Loud in the hallway and in the parking lot.

Very spacious very clean good WiFi tv reception had some problems perfect room for an old retired sailor

Older property, everything worked in the room but wasn't in great shape. No glaring faults though. I'll doubt I'll stay again, just a bit too run down.

The place seemed like a highway motel for truckers. Overall it was ok for my one night stay in Mt Vernon.

The carpet was gross, and the chairs had weird stains on them. The bathroom had nice new counters and the bed was comfy. Basic cable on the Tv that started getting static in the middle of the nice. Should've brought my chromecast. Breakfast was horrible, but attached to a Mexican restaurant.

This hotel is okay, but it is an old building that they seem to keep patching together to make it work. If you are just looking for a place to lay your head for the night while passing through, this works, but don't be expecting stellar rooms. Their breakfast is standard hotel fair, and they do have a pool, but it's outside. When we arrived, the room was clean, but the toilet wasn't flat, so you rocked every time you used it. Told the front desk and they sent someone to fix it (they truly seemed to care about the complaint), but it took two tries to get it so that it didn't rock. Then it started continually running. Sigh. At breakfast another room was complaining that their shower head fell off and was laying in their tub. The floors aren't flat and some go uphill, some down. Their wifi sometimes connects, sometimes not. Really slow. They have an elevator, but it's small. If you're traveling with a group, you might need two trips or more (we had 5, plus bags and needed two trips).

Convenient interstate access; good value; good Mexican restaurant next door.

Needs to be updated, old inside needs paint, AC is loud
