The hotel was very bright and cheery and the room was very clean and organized. The staff was very friendly and available at all hours to take care of any needs their quests required. Have stayed here in the past and will always try to get a room here in the future.
Very courteous and helpful staff. Nice indoor pool and jacuzzi. The breakfast was very good and in a pleasant eating are in the lobby. Close acess to Bellingham, Birch Bay, Anacortes and Whidbey Island.
Staff amde the stay wonderful! Very friendly and accomidating. The breakfast and other amenities were top rate. Wish we had a microwave in the room, but no big deal to go to lobby, great place to meet new people.
We had adjoining room with my Sister's family with access to both rooms witch was cool. the continental breakfast was great. only complaint was the toilet was mounted off center towards toilet paper holder that was too close and too low to allow your right knee to be straight away from toilet. service was prompt and gracious
I was concerned that the local soccer tournament might compromise the quality of this reservation, but the soccer players were all well behaved. The hot tub was a great place to relax. Only disappointment was that Burlington as a town does not have much to offer.
Great location between Bellingham & Premium Outlets, close enough to Alderwood. Nice hotel, - but why do hotels never have good, firm pillows? Bed/bath/cleanliness etc, everything else was excellent.
We went to Sedro Woolley for our Grand-Daughter's 2nd Birthday. Our son in a police officer in Burlington, so we also like to support that city's business. The Employee's were helpful and very friendly. The room was very clean and comfortable. The breakfast had a good variety and was good. This hotel is closest to Sedro Woolley except for the one in that town, which we have stayed at and will never again stay there. Thank You!
We had a lovely, clean! room with all the necessities. Quiet. The continental breakfast was excellent - waffles, Jimmy Dean sausage muffins, corn dogs alon with all of the other breakfast food. Served in a nice dining area with a fireplace and large screen t.v. Newspapers available. The desk people were great! We will be back!
We found the room to be very comfortable, and the color scheme with the hunter green was beautiful. The staff was very friendly and helpful, and we were happy to have access to the Internet in the lobby. The only things that would have improved our stay would have been to have a microwave and small refrigerator. Also, we needed to have a plunger brought to our room, as the toilet didn't flush very well. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay.
