Friendly staff Room didnt smell like usual Enjoyed my stay this time!

We were impressed with the quality of this Holiday Inn. Close to shopping as well.

Facility update good. Looking forward to room and bed update

Very neat and basic Breakfast better than I thought

The hotel is a standard Holiday Inn Express Hotel. Bed and Pillows were extremely comfortable. Bathroom was great. Good breakfast. The front desk staff could be a little more pleasing and welcoming. We stayed at this hotel to go to Tulip festival/fields. When we asked the front desk about it; the front desk staff was not at all helpful.

Had a good stay. The pool was a bit crowded later in the day. A lot of variety for breakfast. Close to everything.

Our stay was not for fun but for family matters. The staff was very friendly and accommodating and were genuinely concerned that our needs were not only met but satisfied. The weather was cold and frosty and at check out, we were handed (as everyone else) an ice scraper for our frosted and iced car windows.

The food offered for breakfast is not great. Eggs taste like they're made from instant (powdered) eggs, not fresh. The sausage patty tasted like cardboard and the bacon was even worse. We stayed an extra night for the festival we were attending, and they forgot to clean our room. But did bring clean towels and coffee supplies when we asked. The beds were very comfortable, and the staff at the front desk very helpful.

Had stayed at this hotel many years ago and didn't really recall any positives or negatives. However, on this trip (3 nights and 4 days), I have to admit that I won't forget it. Not only was the entire staff friendly, but they were eager to make our stay as pleasant as possible. Great with greetings, great with directions, and over-the-top professional. I told the front desk staff that if we ever come back to Burlington, the choice will be an easy one. We were there to visit family and any time we had a question, it was answered fully. Highly recommend this hotel to anyone staying in the Burlington area. BTW...the free breakfast is quite fabulous as well. A great assortment of goodies to satisfy most diets and tastes.

The staff was excellent and the continental breakfast was great. Room was very clean and I really have no complaints. The location was good as we were just looking for a family getaway that was nearby. Close to lots of shopping centers. My wife and I commented to each other we would come back again.

When we called the hotel to confirm our reservation we were able to switch it from one king to two queens. They gave us "a deal" since the two queens should have been a little more money. The room was small and very overpriced for what we got. This really should have been a $99.00 a night room. The tile in the bathroom floor was cracked through three tiles. The hotel is located just off a busy highway. The swimming pool that looks large in the picture is really a very small pool. The hot tube is average size. The pool and hot tube both had a lot of chemicals in them. My eyes burned just sitting on the chairs beside the pool while I watched my grandson try to swim with all the other people in the pool. There were really not that many people, the pool is just small. The breakfast offered with the room, don't bother, head over to McDonald's. If you only had a banana, yogurt and milk you might be OK. We will not be staying at this hotel again. Very disappointed in the room we had in comparison to the price we paid.

The hotel was good. The room was on the small size for a room that had a king size bed with a bedroom in it. I got up the first morning we were there and the water was cold. Even when I had it all the way on hot water. I don't know if this was because somebody else in a close by room was taking a shower also or what. The staff was very nice. The breakfast bar didn't have many choices, They had eggs with cheese in them and no sign to tell anybody that they did for those that might not like the cheese or can't eat cheese. Other than that the hotel was good..

The hotel is very close to the freeway and had hi road noise in the room we were in. I asked for a room at the other end of the building but the were full and had no rooms available. Also he person above our room was up and down until 2 or 3 am and very heavy footed. I will not stay at this Holiday Inn again.

Easy to find, easy access to freeway, friendly staff, clean room. Will stay again.

Isolated feel to the hotel, not far from highway but you couldn't walk to any nearby activities or decent restaurants. Industrial area.

We arrived late to the hotel (2AM) and the woman at the desk was so sweet, she asked if we were hungry and put together a tray with some yogurts, bagels and cinnamon rolls and brought it to our room. The complimentary breakfast is perfect - love the pancake machine! Great cinnamon rolls, crispy bacon and lots more! Staff is very friendly and helpful. Very clean rooms.

Great location right off the freeway. Clean and quiet.

Room very good however no hot water both mornings will not be going back. Also very limited breakfast seating.

The front desk was a very friendly when we checked in and after a long ferry ride the cookies were a welcomed 'dinner'. The rooms were clean and the beds were fine. Breakfast the next morning was great and the 'girls' restocking the breakfast brightened my morning with their smiles.
