Nice pleasant clean room. The staff is awesome. Very quiet and peaceful at night. I would recommend this place to anyone and everyone. The price is right and the town is very cool. I would most definitely stay here again.
I must say when we arrived at this hotel I was so mad and tired that I just wanted a room. Hostile due to another hotel down the street that doesn't know how to treat a customer. It was after 10:00pm and my fiancé called Americas Best. They indeed had a room and said they would be more then happy to get us in a room. Outstanding service right from the start. The young man at the desk was exceptionally courteous and helpful. Then it got better. Upon opening the door to the room, we was greeted by a fresh pleasant smell. Even being a older hotel they have updated the rooms with fresh paint, new bedspreads, nice furniture, and most importantly a clean and tidy bathroom. Nice flat panel tv, fridge, micro. I have to say that other hotels should take a look at this property and follow their lead. I was highly impressed as I stay in so many hotels a month a nice one definitely stands out. One of the quietest property's I've stayed in yet. I applaud this property for allowing us to have a great night. I was skeptical after reading past reviews but so glad we stayed here. I will definitely be back and highly recommend this property. Thanks again!
This motel is less expensive than many in town but is managed as cheaply as possible. Room furnishings are old and in poor repair, and the bedding is very cheap and old. The interior halls carry sound very effectively and the beds are quite uncomfortable. Breakfast is very minimal featuring fruit loops, tang and weak coffee. Stay only if you can't afford the several better motels in town.
It was late, and we were tired. No one spoke English, and didn't seem to understand Spanish, either. As soon as they got payment, we were waved away. The room was clean enough, but very dated. Free WiFi advertised, but after connecting, couldn't do anything. In the morning, as the staff (probably owners) were getting their kids off to school (?!?),we got some coffee and left.
All the rooms are in the inside. Parking is good. The lobby is attractive. The room simply couldn't have been any nicer. The price was right! The staff delightful. We have traveled the highways of America delivering travel trailers for a living these last 3 years. So we are amazed to find this jewel right here on the I-40 just east of Albuquerque. What a pleasure to find a place we will call home-away-from-home in the future.
Very very clean.quiet front desk very nice gentlemen. Polite.the price I paid was 75.00 well worth it walls we're very clean nothing splatter on them. Bathroom was very clean.. only thing is on Christmas nothing open..would of like to have nice glass of wine on Christmas gas stations don't sell beer or wine.. but hotel was very clean I usually stay at best western but this was just as nice and for that price won me over..
Decent hotel, clean rooms, wifi was fair, and it was quiet. The owners/staff were polite and it was good for a night-while on a motorcycle trip. Triple AAA gave it a good rating, so, that is why I elected to stay here.
My father and I stayed here before we headed to Albuquerque the next day to visit some museums before we finished heading to Arizona. Per my brother's advice, we didn't stay in Albuquerque and instead stayed in this small town outside of it. When we got turndowns and rude responses from another hotel, we stayed here instead. The room was clean and for the price we paid I wasn't expecting much. It was much better than the previous hotel we stayed in and well that is saying a lot. This hotel wasn't bad but it was great either. You could tell it was a previous Econo Lodge. The check out was odd in that you just placed your keys in a basket on the counter where anyone could take them? It wasn't like you placed them in a locked box or anything so that was different. The wifi was good enough for me to check emails and the like and the breakfast in the morning was really disappointing. The orange juice was warm, the oatmeal was limited in its choices and the muffins or whatever they were tasted absolutely awful. If you are just looking for a reasonable place to spend the night while passing through then this is a good option.
Stayed here in July. Very friendly, clean and sufficient. Easy access to rooms. Quite with no trains and traffic noises. Will stop back by when passing through. The lady/owner had great personality and made the family feel at home.
My wife and I and 2 dogs were on a long road trip. We were trying to get to Roswell, but got tired and decided to stop in Moriarty. This hotel advertised that it was pet friendly so we took it. It was reasonably priced, nothing fancy but they let us bring our dogs and got a good night's sleep.
