Room with king bed was spacious. Restroom had huge counter which i liked, can place my hygiene products, etc. Towel hanger was too far from tub. Huge step down to get out of shower. Loved 3 free water bottles, daily. All staff were professional and friendly.

As someone who visited Mexico for the first time, I throughly enjoyed my stay at the hotel. I spoke very little Spanish but I had no issues communicating with staff about needing things such as room service and accommodation. I loved how quiet and serene the location was. Room service and the restaurant had very good food. Only issue was that the power went out for about 30 minutes but came back quickly. Also had spotty WiFi during my stay but i was able to get some decent signal. Overall I recommend this place as someone who is staying in Morelia for the first time!

It is indeed a great hotel. But it does need a profound renovation in all areas. The pool is unavailable and so the tennis court. Nobody made me aware of this before and during booking not to mention at check-in. The staff is great! I will think twice before coming back again. So sorry for this wondeful hotel.

El lugar es sumamente tranquilo y cómodo para descansar del ajetreo de la ciudad es lo único positivo que puedo comentar. El staff en general es muy amable y servicial a excepción de las personas en administración que se limitan a responder lo que se les pregunta. La reserva se hizo para tres personas y sólo se nos proporcionaron dos batas y dos toallas, tuvimos que solicitar las adicionales. La alberca aunque ligeramente climatizada, estába sucia con basura de los árboles y algunos bichos. El punto bueno es la vista, es todo. El buffet de desayuno (fue lo único que probamos) es muy malo, tienen pocas opciones, nunca supieron explicar qué era un huchepo y el precio es sumamente alto para lo que es (más de 300 pesos un bufet así no vale para nada la pena), aunque cabe mencionar que el staff de restaurante fue increíblemente amable. El spa es muy sencillo y los masajes aunque con precios similares a cualquier otro lugar no son más que regulares. No puedo decir mucho aquí, probamos el masaje con piedras y el anti estrés y fueron medianamente buenos, de nuevo, no hay un costo-beneficio parejo. Lo que nos dejó con la boca abierta y defnitivamente volveremos es el Bistro casi frente al hotel! Santo Mate! Wow! 100/10! En una oración, no regresaríamos al hotel pero si al Bistro de enfrente.
