This house is a true lake getaway that has its own private trail right to the Lake Rathbun beach! As you enter the house you'll enjoy the open layout of the living room, kitchen, and dining space with access to a great deck to sit and relax. Off the main area you will discover 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. You will also have access to the large garage below with plenty of room to park a boat.

The house is fully furnished and has everything you need to cook in the kitchen. 4 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. There is a standard coffee maker as well as a kuerig. Pack n play available. Propane grill and a fire pit in the back yard. Pets are allowed but only in the garage.

Located just a mile from Honey Creek State Park and boat ramps where you'll have excellent access to boating, swimming, camping, and fishing!

Family getaway

Great place to stay for our three generation family of grandparents, adult kids, and grandkids. Plenty of bedrooms and bed and two full bathrooms. Open concept living/kitchen/dining areas are great. AC in the garage was a bonus as was the firepit to make s'mores. Close to a boat ramp (we brought our boat) and beach. We were not able to use the private access trail to the beach as it had rained and was too wet and muddy so we had to drive to a beach. The only other negative was no wi fi and no cable TV and yet it is good to unplug!

Great lake house location

great house to enjoy with family and have realtives come and visit that lived close by for a small reunion plenty of room and settings and does allow pets only in garage very enjoyable weekend that we all needed
