"I liked the vending machine price of bottled water 1.50 soda is 2.00. Toilet was disgusting & dirty as well as had plastic on top of the lid that was hard like crinkled tap to rub your skin when I sat down and didnt pull off, Thank God I take clorox wipes cause when I wiped the toilet handle and lid there was brown on the lid side of the bowl & wipes, I have never had that happen at any place I stayed ever! The floor in the bathroom was dirty with hair and dirt the sink was clean and towls looked it but I was very skeptical. Staff said they were full and did not have another room so nothing could be done, kids next door banged on the wall until 11 pm, the dog across the hall barking didnt help us to get any sleep nor did the thought of how dirty the sheets were when I seen a black smudge on the back of the pillow I slept on. The lobby tables and couches by the firplace were filthy with food and debris. No available towels in the pool area. The breakfast and coffee were good and loved that is was complimentary but my son who got a home made omlet had diarreah shortly after eating it.. Never again will we stay here or refer this place I will not go off reviews for a stay again. The 10/10 reviews were not from someone who could have stayed in the 100 or 200 rooms had to be in the other building 300's/400's where kids and dogs dont stay. We were so exhausted the next day and 1 was sick so it was hard to do anything but sleep for the ride home not a way to end our spring break. "
