As a former Montrealer, I would say that this hotel is an excellent value for the size of the round the quality of the services that you will receive. The price on Orbitz was unbelievable and the location of the hotel is fantastic. For somebody who’s not into it, super high and elegance and luxury, I would say this hotel certainly fulfilled my expectations and was well above what I would call Thrifty.

This property is advertised as 4 stars but it’s definitely not a 4 stars property. The building and room is dated, furnitures old (plenty of chips and dings) and the power outlets by the bed do not work. The bedsheets and bath towels were also not clean. To be honest I feel cheated as I thought I was really booking a 4 star property. I should have known though from the price point. I feel it’s imperative that this property changes down to show 3 stars ASAP. On the bright side, hotel staff was friendly and helpful.
