Staying here was a first rate experience. The price was very good considering the facilties and the proximity to City Center. Parking was very convenient. Everything in the room was fine. Definitely recommend this property for a multi-day stay in Montreal.

Stayed here for a weekend to attend a show at Centre Bell and visit friends. Staff were very helpful any time I approached them and very friendly - helping me out with an early check in because of my flight arrival and even providing me a razor (carry on travel struggles). The hotel is about a ten minute brisk walk to Centre Bell, 20 minutes to Rue St Catherine/Rue Peel and 20 minutes from Bagels on Greene, a delightful cafe. There is also a handy grocery store ten minutes away. The area is pretty dead late night which is a slight downside if you're hungry. The only real negative I ran into was the vending machines not only being cash only but also being broken. A bit of street noise late at night but surprisingly even a room by the elevator was peaceful. Would stay again!

The location was excellent and the room was a good size. But the room was not as advertised so that was misleading. The room was not well stocked. We had 3 guests in our reservation but only 2 large towels, the kleenex box was almost empty and ran pot whickly and not e ough toilet paper. The staff was not overly polite or welcoming. They did not set my parkimg pass properly so i had trouble leaving the parki f garage and had to re park, run back to reception and get a new pass. They didnt seem to care. For the price, they coumd work more on customer service. I would not recomend and wont be back.

The hotel is in convenient location within walking distance of the metro, a Maxi and Centre Bell. However, there were some issues with the room and service. The front desk person who checked us in was not necessarily rude but not the friendliest. Some towels had hair in them and the shower did not have any soap or shampoo. Also, the bathroom door looked like it was going to fall off at any moment.

The property overall served its purpose. I certainly would not say it is a 4 star hotel, at least in the condo section. The free parking perk for Expedia gold members was a very nice perk, which is why I chose this accommodation over the competitor hotels. The parking garage was pretty tight and there were warning signs of car thefts from the garage. The hotel will provide you with a steering wheel lock as prevention, which was nice, but makes me hesitant on how safe it is. The pool was closed at this time of the year as it’s out of season. The room was clean and comfortable but small things like the counter sink not being securely fastened and other cosmetic things would lead me to say this is more like a 3 star hotel. I also chose this location as it’s walkable to the bell center. It was a 10-15 minute walk. Overall, It was a decent accommodation.

Stayed at a studio. More space than a regular hotel room. Some parts of the studio were quite new. However, some items need to be repaired or replaced (e.g., closet door, rusty water kettle). The balcony could be a cleaner (lots of bird poop). Having said that, we couldn’t ask for more by paying this price. Is this hotel family-friendly? We had a little one and reminded the staff twice that we would need a crib before check in. However, we had to ask for a crib again and again after we checked in. The ads says high chair can be provided. When we asked for one, one of the staff said the hotel is no longer providing high chair for guests. What’s interesting was that the manager called and offered one after seeing our check in review… I would say… we probably wouldn’t stay at this hotel if we don’t have a baby. We thought it would be a nice place for little ones
