Proximity to the highway is excellent. Rooms are cleaned and the staff is friendly. This hotel offers the opportunity to have fresh cooked meals from the restaurant.
We stayed here for a quick visit to Montreal and it was a great spot for what we needed. Clean and comfortable. Would stay here again!
The outside and the doors to the rooms look run down. Needs to be upkept
Good place to stay during a business trip and others.
I checked in late at night. Around 1am, bathroom was filthy, pubic hair in tub, hair on bathroom floor. Dust on floor in room. Complained on next morning. I was told they would send a housekeeper. Next night we came back around 3am. Same thing, even more hair in bathroom. Kept leaving 3 towels for 4 people. Complained again. Finally third night when we came back it was clean. Wifi wasn't working, kept disconnecting all the time. Last day I was in lobby and it still wouldn't work. Said something to the girl at front desk. She was telling me how when too many people using it makes it slow, and that I could cone to use it in the lobby. I told her I had little kids and would not leave them alone, and that if they state they have free wifi then they have to make sure they provide it. Coffee machine in lobby made coffee like tea. Had to ask for refund. There is something like a "casino" in the "hotel" that has a porch outside, and there were people drinking outside every night. People hanging around the front door smoking. I'm trying to get in with my babies, they are laughing. Also some drunk/drugged people behind cafe Milano on the back side of the hotel. Rooms need an upgrade. Very disappointed!
rooms are too small for 2 personnes,so tiny that even a chair has no space .
