Reception were very helpful and the rooms were spacious. Location was excellent. Disappointed in the fact that the hot tub was closed for refurbishment and had been for some time - despite being one of the main reasons that we chose this hotel. Rooms were well maintained but one day we did have to ask for room to be cleaned as hadn’t been earlier - it was cleaned but bathrooom floor was missed. Small thing and not an issue for the other days and other rooms. Altogether a good hotel.

We had a fantastic stay at The Warwick and were truly impressed by the blend of timeless elegance and attentive hospitality throughout our visit. The hotel itself is beautifully maintained, with a sophisticated atmosphere that immediately makes you feel like you’re somewhere special. Our room was spacious, quiet, and extremely comfortable—everything was spotless and well-appointed, with thoughtful details that made our stay extra relaxing. The bed was especially cozy, and we appreciated the quality linens and amenities. What really stood out, however, was the service. Every staff member we interacted with was professional, welcoming, and genuinely eager to ensure we had a great experience. From the front desk to housekeeping, everything ran smoothly and felt effortless on our end. The location was also a major plus—central, convenient, and within walking distance of great dining, shopping, and local attractions. The hotel was pretty modern and room was quiet and comfortable. The staffs were friendly and it was conveniently located. We were able to walk to a few restaurants nearby, the underground city, metro subway station, and old Montreal. It had a small refrigerator fill with drinks that we have to pay extra if we drink them and we had to remind our kids do not touch these which was kind of little annoying. Overall, it was a pretty good stay for us.

Don't even think of staying anywhere else.

This is the hotel to choose over all others. You forget it is a hotel. Staff are excellent and attentive. Location could not be better. Montreal has a lot to offer and Let Crystal is on that list.

Our safe was broken and we reported it twice. Never fixed. Light in the bathroom over one of the sinks flash off and on, which we didn’t bother reporting since we were leaving the next morning. Some scratched surfaces. Restaurant servers were surmley. Was not offered bottles of water when we left, as used to be done previously. We’ve stayed at Le Crystal many times in the past, but this experience was sub par. Will not be back.
