We liked the following aspects: large property, jettub associated with room, excellent beds (as we slept very well) and decent selection of breakfast We didn't like the following: - Our room wasn't ready until 5:20 pm. We were told that our room would be ready by 4 pm.. but to our surprise, when we checked in late at 5 pm, they were still cleaning out room. Upon going back to front desk, they told us ' sorry sir, it will take another 4-5 mins max' and we didn't get compensated for a different room despite asking multiple times - The breakfast was okay.. the waffle station was empty on a Sunday and we didn't get to try any of it - There were a few insects (spiders mainly) in the room which freaked us out towards the end of our stay Overall: Good stay if you're on a budget. It has all the amenities needed for a quick 1-2 day stay, but I wouldn't recommend anymore than a weekend max.

Passing through the Montreal area and needed a place to spend the night. This hotel is small but very clean (wife is particular about cleanliness and she was pleased). Breakfast is simple but abundant, staff is pleasant and helpful.

We stayed at Eco Lodge Brossard for 3 nights with 2 adults and 2 kids. Overall, our stay was nice. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were very friendly and welcoming. The coffee was amazing and definitely a highlight. Breakfast was average, nothing special but enough to start the day. We did request cleaning on the first day, but it wasn’t done, which was a little disappointing. The AC was a bit loud, but it still worked fine. Despite these small issues, we enjoyed our stay and found it to be a good option for a short family trip.

I have to start by saying that this is a budget hotel. But the room I stayed in was clean, comfortable, spacious, it had a TV, mini fridge, coffee maker and microwave. The beds were comfortable and the hotel quiet, so I had a good night sleep. There were plenty of parking spots, and the parking is free. Breakfast was included, and the selection was reasonable. There is a grocery store and a liquor store next to the hotel. There are few places to eat within walking distance. The hotel is very conveniently located on a major road that makes it an easy drive to a shopping plaza (Portobello), and a mall (Mail Champlain). Easy drive to Montreal downtown (10-15 minutes max). The property looked overall well kept. The staff were nice and helpful. The receptionist was polite and friendly, the housekeeper did a good job at cleaning the room with attention to details (I liked the cute ways she hand the towels on the rack), the lady working in the breakfast area was quick to clean any mess, wipe the tables after every guest and the trays were promptly refilled. Overall, I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. If you are on a budget, I recommend this hotel.
