The staff are really nice. Carpeting in the rooms needs cleaning or a/c needs maintenance. It gives a smell of wet socks in the room. The pool is nicely warm and breakfast is good.

I booked 3 rooms and 2 car parking, there was an extra charges to one room of $12.50. When i check out, the reception never mentions about the charges. I noticed after the fact that my credit card were charged. Not really sure what the charges are for since it was unclear on my e-receipt. Kind of disappointed on this hidden charges.

A decent hotel in its price range

A decent hotel in a convenient location. The hotel building structure may contribute to certain accessibility challenges. It has only one elevator. The parking lot is accessible through automatic gates. The room with 2 queen beds was ok, but we can feel some unpleasant smell from A/C whem we turned it on. The countertop in the bathroom has a limited space. The breakfast was good. The service was a bit slow during check in, but otherwise everything was good. No free water for guest in the hotel. No problems with hotel personnel, but BW management may consider some improvements

We had a wonderful stay at Best Western Hotel Brossard. The room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable—perfect for both rest and work. The location is super convenient, with plenty of markets and stores nearby, making it easy to grab anything you need. It’s only about a 15 to 20 minute drive to downtown Montreal when traffic is light, which made exploring the city very convenient without the high cost of downtown hotels. The highlight was definitely the amazing morning breakfast—lots of fresh options, well-prepared, and a great start to the day. The staff were friendly and attentive, which made the experience even better. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Montreal who wants comfort, value, and easy access to the city.
