Really small towells at the pool. No dressing gown in the room. I didn't understood the lights set up in the room (Do we really have to open the « master light » to have some lights in the bathroom?). The parking is a little bit far away (I was at the 3SS) from the front desk. You can do better than that!

We were there with a hockey team. A mom in our group had to call the cops. A lady was in the pool area filming boys and girls. The police reviewed the security footage and confirmed. The lady had already deleted the videos/photos from her phone by the time police checked it. In addition we had no control over our heat. The first night we had to call because it was way too hot in our room. Apparently, they turned it down and accidentally locked it at a certain temp. We woke up freezing in the morning and once again had to call them. It was really inconvenient not having a working heat/cool system.

The only thing I missed was no bathrobes in the room this could an option for you to have if someone wanted one but overall excellent stay!
