This charming condo has been legally welcoming guests since 2012. Its success lies in its comfort, cleanliness, central location and level of service provided. It has everything you want from an urban pied a terre: a large, very quiet bedroom with a walk in closet and a TV, a cozy living room (that can be closed off and turned into a second bedroom) with a large TV, a fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to cook yourself almost any kind of meal, with an espresso machine and a dishwasher, a lunch counter, a dining room for more formal meals, a laundry area, and a furnished, private rooftop terrasse where you can unwind.
Condo-Terrasse Atateken is located in a popular, quiet and safe downtown area. It’s streets are lined up with trees and historical 3-floor stone or brick houses topped with slated roofs and window dormers. There are numerous old horse carriage doors, alongside more recent buildings and stunning murals. The neighborhood is sprinkled with manicured city parks and playgrounds, old schools and churches, and laced with large backyard alleyways mainly used as gardens. The history of the neighborhood and of its residents is told at the Musée du fier monde, located on the same street as the condo.
This hip area is composed of an ethnically diverse population including young families with kids, white & blue collar workers, retirees, old and recent residents, LGBTQ2S persons, and students of the nearby Université du Québec à Montreal, all living in harmony. Three main roads cross the Village: first, Sainte-Catherine St., which is the main shopping and entertainment strip of Montreal. This condo was very comfortable, well stocked, located in a quiet neighborhood, and was exactly as advertised. We had everything that we needed, and could walk to groceries, shops, and beautiful parks. Rejean was easy to contact, and made sure we had a wonderful stay. This was the perfect spot for us. The condo is in a fantastic location, just a 4 minute walk to tons of restaurants and bars on St Catherine, and close to everything else downtown. Our Host provided a very detailed map with so many ideas we couldn’t get to them all. The condo is lovely and comfortable. The kitchen, bathroom and laundry have every convenience. Our favorite part of the condo was the patio, we spent most our time out there. It was a great stay!

The apartment is adorable, well maintained, very clean and centrally located. It is located in a vibrant part of Montreal. You can easily walk to the old port and old Montreal from the apartment. There is also a metro just a few blocks away. The host met me at the apartment and walked me through the ins and outs of staying there. He also left a very detailed map and a list of activities and restaurants. I truly enjoyed my stay and highly recommend this apartment. The owner takes very good care of his property and guests!

Rejean was a great host, welcomed us and clearly went through the rules. The apt was clean, organized and had oil, coffee, equipped for your time away to prepare your own meals. It was a lovely experience, we enjoyed having our coffee on the terrace in the morning when it wasn't raining. Thank you!
It was our first time to Montreal. Host was warm and friendly and provided us a brief orientation at check in. We appreciated the list left for guests noting nearby spots of bakeries, groceries, restaurants, and other attractions. The apartment is up a flight of stairs and located on the 2nd floor. It is well decorated, clean, fully appointed kitchen. A lot of thoughtful attention from the products in the bathroom, nespresso, availability of cooking oil, having umbrella's for guests if it rains. For upscale dining experience check out Panacee - unassuming, yet warm and friendly place and the food was outstanding and able to accommodate my allergies. It's a great city neighborhood, you can walk or access the metro or bus within a very short walking distance. My husband already stated, when we come back to Montreal we should make sure to see if we can stay here again. Pick this place you won't regret it.

Wonderful stay!
The property was extremely clean/well-maintained and gorgeous. Location was excellent, and the host was very responsive. The appartement is as described, and perfectly equipped. Réjean was a great host, even helping us park our car in the snow.The neighborhood is great (check out the cheese store and bakery near by). The properties exactly as advised. It was easy to get to; in a good neighborhood; clean; and comfortable.
Communications with Rejean were very good. He is quick to respond and very helpful.
The apartment is quiet, despite being very near the lively restaurant and nightlife area. It was also very conveniently located to the metro station.
We very much enjoyed our stay and would recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, safe and well-located apartment.

Great Experience
We enjoyed staying in this place! It was perfect for our needs, sparkling clean, and decorated well. The communication was great with the owner, who is very friendly and responsive. He has made sure there is everything you need for your stay. Great location for getting around. There is a parking space available for an extra fee. We left our car there for 4 days and walked/metro'd everywhere. Highly recommend!

Rejean is a fabulous host. Communication was clear and very timely, he met us at the door, showed us around the spaces, gave us good advice on things to do and see in the area and was readily available, had we needed anything. We needed nothing, because he had supplied beyond what we could have needed. We had planned to find street parking, but decided to use Rejean's $20/day pass and are glad we did. We parked without hassle and were very pleased not to have to use the car for our entire stay. Location was fantastic, great proximity to Old Montreal, comfortable bed, lovely terrace, and wonderfully clean apartment. We could not have been happier!

Communication with Réjean was amazing from the time of booking to departure - including supplying us with last minute restaurant suggestions, directions and any information we needed. He met us at check in and went over everything. His place was perfect--4 family member adults comfortably stayed here. We loved the outdoor back deck! We took advantage of the parking that was extra and it was very convenient. However, the location was in easy walking distance to many parts of the city so we rarely used our car. We would highly recommend this place to others and hope to one day return!

The Perfect Getaway
This property was everything we expected! Réjean is a wonderful host who took care of everything for us from dining recommendations to how to navigate the metro, and answered our questions.
