The room was comfortable. Everything was not as advertised. My colleague received a suite with extra room and couch while I did not. I booked the same hotel room for both of us, however I didn't receive the same. This was not a big deal to me as it was only a two night stay for business. The AC worked and the bed was OK. The free wifi is slow and needed to purchase the paid version for quicker service.
Not bad for the stay, the studio was not in perfect conditions but the quiet place and nice staff helped for a good one night rest. Requested large bed, but the bed was double matresses. Good location. Restaurant with cheap and good menus. Nice for one day but not ok for longer stay.
This hotel has facilities but not of a great standard. The room was clean and a good size but our balcony was unusable as it was overshadowed by large bamboo so it was dark with no view. The rooms are not cleaned daily and towels are not changed. On leaving you have to take your rubbish to the bin compound or you will be charged- not good! The positives: it is reasonably priced, receptionists are friendly, it feels safe, the pool is quite nice (basic sun lounge area). Location: a walk to any kind of restaurant or transport but not a bad walk- 15mins. Wouldn't choose this hotel again but it wasn't as awful as some people suggest.
Perfect for our stay. 5 mins from the bus into the city (24 hour pass only 4 euro). Comfortable bed and very quite at night. The room was also modern and had everything we needed (excellent air con). The reception staff were friendly and helpful. The restaurant was nice for dinner and the breakfast was also good. Would definately stay here again if I'm back in Montpellier.
Booked in to this hotel tonight and after what I thought was a good check in it all started to go down hill. We entered our room to a foul stench of smoke..I'm a smoker so was shocked to actually smell it so powerful. Supposed to be a non smoking room. As the hotel is so far from anywhere we decided to eat at the restaurant. Food was ok but the waiter did not seem to pleasant at first. Managed to get some free milk from him though. Before we went to dinner we left our washing next to the washing machine to use it next. When we returned we found another couple waiting to use the Machine, we explained we had been waiting 90 minutes but as we wasn't informed the machine needs tokens and not euros (no signs indicating this) reception took side of the other couple..oh and because they were French and we wasn't. 1 washing machine for a hotel of this size is a joke on its own. Finally as I sit here writing this we have discovered there is an ambulance station opposite. First you hear a tannoy with a voice come over it which I thought was loud enough but then the sirens blare out! Nothing on the road at 10pm but they still blare out. If you are looking for cheap and average food and no sleep with unhelpful staff then this is the place for you. Otherwise avoid.
Not one of the best places to stay unless you have a car, or like a building site!! as a big apartment building work is ongoing with very loud drilling and hammering noises starting at 07:30 AM throughout the day this Apartments Hotel did not have basic facilities in the kitchenette i.e. cleaning materials, dish cloth etc., you have to pay for everything on top, for a relatively expensive stay considering the facilities on offer; you have warning all over the place if you do this your pay this; if you need someone to come to make up your room it is extra 25.00 euros, excluding the kitchenette, the room I was given was overlooking the back of the building where some towels and tissues where thrown over and dangling from the trees / plants, cigarettes stumps where all over the balcony and the ground below the balcony, do not be misled with the photos, check the room first before accepting it
After getting caught up in the rabbit warren of the city centre looking for my hotel was happy and surprised with the eventual room and location. The maps and road labels are terrible here and around most of France. The hotel greeted me well and were very helpful. This always help with stay. Impressrd eith my studio. Good value.
Stayed here for 3 nights. The apartments are on an industrial estate and there is a Fire station opposite, we did not have a bad nights sleep whilst staying there. My partner did hear some loud music in the early hours but it soon stopped. There are no shops or restaurants within walking distance, not even a bakery, so you definitely need a car to get your provisions. There is a restaurant nearby but this is only open lunchtimes to cater for the workers on the industrial estate. There is the large shopping complex about 2 miles away with a big Geant Casino hypermarket. The apartment had everything we needed even a tea towel to wash up but you need to bring your own washing up liquid as none provided. The apartments do offer breakfast but it is overpriced and for the amount you pay for 2 people you could buy more than enough food if you bought your own bread, juice, yogurts, jam, coffee etc from the supermarket. The apartments have a balcony so you can sit outside and eat your meal on the table and sit on the two chairs provided. There is some bundling work going on nearby but that did not bother us as we did not hear any noise. Would stay here again as it was inexpensive, the staff were friendly but you definitely need a car to access the hotel and get your food from the shops. Our apartment was clean but as we only stayed there 3 days our apartment was not serviced any day during our stay.
I am writing this review whilst staying here. it is 2.30 am and being kept awake by a night club opposite. it is ridiculous. The polite thing to do is that when you check in the staff should tell you becuase you are going to,find out ! ( but they know if they tell you, you wouldnt stay ) Also, there is a fire station opposite, so need to get used to sirens and tanoy all day ! On the other side their is a building site, so get used to construction noise if you are on that side of the building. This is on an industrial estate, so if you do not have a car go closer to the city. Two words to sum up. Hotel Hell
Even being located a little far from downtown, it is an excellent and recommendable aparthotel. The rooms are comfortable and spacious. Have a kitchen, desk and living room. The bathroom is excellent. Breakfast is good, but no fruit. Each room has a terrace, where you can smoke! Has paid parking within the hotel.
