Pros: multiple swimming pools, game room for kids Cons: $20/person breakfast buffet is worse than the free stuff you get at most hotels, bathroom had a bar of soap with hair stuck to it and to shampoo bottle & sink. Pillows and sheets terrible. Sink wouldn’t drain. TV resolution is awful. Remote control didn’t work. Office sent someone to fix it but he couldn’t. We just unplugged the TV. Generic coffee is free in the lobby but if you want cream or a lid for your cup you have to buy it in their store. No EV charging available.

Fast and easy check-in. Beds are comfortable. Rooms were clean.

The property is nice. The rooms could use some updating. Joey was helpful. Not great for the disabled. They were supposed to contact when my room was available; I had to go back & ask. Breakfast was adequate

Room must of just been cleaned. Floors had damp, sticky spots and odor of cleaning solution. But room was clean. Although around tub, grout needs paiting.

Staff was welcoming. Free upgrade from tent to airstream which was super exciting!! Beautiful property. Lobby was neat! Had indoor and outdoor game options. Pool area was nice!
