It was a cheap place to stay close to our concert venue. Front staff were not very friendly, looked like they didn’t want to be there, line up of people waiting to check in., prob didn’t help their mood. Just okay for cleanliness , a lot of dirty, ripped carpets, breakfast was nice but you could tell ceiling vent in dining room were not cleaned very often.

Front desk wasn’t very helpful. Wifi did not work well in our room. They attempted to double charge me for the room although they did resolve it once I brought it to their attention.

The battery for our door was dead and unab lol e to access our room for 2 hours in the morning until maintenance arrived at 8:30. Needless to say I was not prepared for my 9 am appt.

The air/heat was not working in the room, was told someone would be by to have a look and no one showed. Also got charged extra. The hot tub was out of commission and most of the ice machines were out of order. Breakfast was great!

Family was disappointed, booked a themed room which the kids have been looking forward to for the last month. Get there and had to wait 45 minutes to check in to be told that the room was unavailable and they put us in a king suite. Then was told that they would send up a cot at 8pm for my kid. Went to desk at 9pm looking for the cot, never got it until 10:30pm. The kids were excited to go to the pool but couldn't go because they had it shut down Sunday and Monday.

Nothing has been maintained properly. Graded carpets on stairs. Broken and unsafe items in rooms and building, like torn window screens, partial towel rod fixtures on bathroom wall, loose hang window frame molding on door to outside at back of building. Looks like routine cleaning hasn't been done in years. This is the worst maintained hotel I've ever stayed in. Since it was fully booked, you were constantly hearing someone complain about something that didn't work. I personally would not have felt safe if I had had small kids with me.

The hotel is older and could use an update. Limited amenities are available in the room. The front desk clerk that checked us in was very pleasant and helpful.
