This property needs major upgrades. Rooms are only cleaned once every 3 days so on a five day stay cleaning and fresh towels only done once. Furniture in the suite should have been removed 20 years ago. Carpet’s worn out. Room only half cleaned when done.

Our stay was going great until the last few nights of our stay when a group of young girls kept running up and down our hallway and conversing with other right outside our door and this lasted for 2-3 hours. Then on the last night of our stay the adults who were with the same group of girls were just as loud. Also, we were not impressed with the breakfast as when we went down there was no meat available to make a breakfast sandwich with and we were disappointed that there was no waffle maker(s). Then after we checked out, we remembered that we had left some items in our refrigerator and when my son went back in for them the desk clerk went down to the room as he followed her but she wouldn't let him inside with her and she came out into the hallway and said that all she had found was a bag which had some leftover food items in it. He then told her that there was also a couple of drink bottles in the refrigerator and she said they weren't there and that housekeeping must have thrown them out whiich was an odd response because if they threw out the drinks then they would have thrown out the food as well. I hope they enjoy our drinks as there was only a sip taken from each so maybe they'll catch our colds. Would not stay at this location again.

Broken door in our room so we couldn't close the door. Light sleepers so this was necessary. Fridge was rusted. Elevator sounded like the tower of terror ride at disney. Pool and hot tub filthy. System error double and triple charged our credit cards. Spoke to hotel manager , he offered 5000 Wyndham points for the trouble. I never got them Not surprising however since all the staff seemed to not care about anything PSA dont get the wings at the pub/restaurant. Trust me. Location is great for magnetic hill and magic mountain. Old hotel but room was clean. Hard to get extra towels
