The ad said they had ev chargers. I was disappointed when I arrived and saw that the ev chargers were in the process of being installed and not operational. Why advertise ev chargers if you don’t have any yet? Thankfully, there are EV chargers nearby so it wasn’t a huge deal but it would have been nice to have them on site. My kids loved the kids suite, enjoyed the pool, and loved the included breakfast. So close to Magnetic Hill!

There was not enough towels for the 5 of us eventho the booking was clearly made for 5. No cups in the room. The phone to the reception was not working. the remote control was not working and the security deposit was not refund upon our check out and still hasn't. I need my $200 back.

The day staff when we check in were good. The evening staff not so much. We had to wait 15 minutes just to get our pool towels even though someone was there. The hot tub had way too much chlorine in it to the point that our eyes were burning and my friend that was with us had a small asthma attack. Everyone was comment on the state of the hot tub which was horrible. We only got to stay in 5 minutes max. They house keeper was very friendly and helpful. Thank you. I wish I would have caught his name. The AC would not turn off even when we shut it off at the panel and was very loud and sounded horrible. Thankfully it was only for one night.

We were given limited towels( 1 face cloth for a family of 4) no cups or coffee in the room. When asked if we could have some in our room they said they have a limit they are aloud to put in the rooms.. Pool conditions were poor, mold and mildew in bathrooms and scum in the pool/hot tub. Breakfast was meh.

Overall experience was great. Could definitely use a facelift but over all we had a good experience. Pullout Couches in the suites were horrible. To the point where you could not sit on them comfortably. They definitely need to be replaced.

Nice hotel

Overall, we enjoyed our stay. The room was clean and nice. The staff was friendly. Our only complaint is that the fridge in the room had a huge layer of frost around the freezer compartment and the ice machine on our floor was out of order. The pool was a hot spot for families, which is great!

The staff are lovely and helpful and hard working. it is nice, the breakfast is great and the kids enjoyed the pool, The facility itself seems aged and needs some repairs. In our room the air conditioner was very loud and would randomly rumble a lot. The ice machine wasn't working and the mattress of one of the two beds was very uneven and sunken in. Not comfortable.

Our keycards were inexplicably disabled at least six times during our two-night stay including immediately after check-in (i.e. we couldn’t even get in the room). The pool is a murky cesspool. The remote to the TV just did not work and only through trial and error did my husband realize setting it to DVD would enable us to control the power, channel, volume, etc. Our room was just gross including blood and other questionable stains on the curtains. Do yourself a favour and find another place to stay.

Very bad service

During the 7 days of my stay, they never changed the sheets. I had to go to the reception to ask for towels almost every day, I left a day earlier than expected so bad. The breakfasts were the same every day, and the menu didn't change. It was very boring. The quality of service was very poor. I don't recommend this hotel.

Affordable

The hotel was affordable and included breakfast and the pool, aside from that, the dryer does not dry clothes, the rooms were bug free but could have been cleaner, the room felt damp no matter what we did (I assume this was from being on the main floor close to the pool) and after our 14 hour drive our room was not ready at check in time.

Gosse déception

Quand je suis arrivée à l’hôtel personne ne me parle en français. Sûr le site il mentionnait borne de recharge aucune à cet hôtel. Le déjeuner très ordinaire. Dernier matin 2 araignées dans la salle de bain. Je regarde ma carte de crédit car j’avais réserver avec Hôtel.com et on me charge un montant de 24.40 de plus. J’appelle l’hôtel elle me mentionne qu’elle ne peux rien faire et me donne l’adresse du gérant. Je lui envoie un message et après 1 semaine jamais personne ne m’a contactée. Je n’irais plus jamais à cet hôtel.
