The property is always spotless. Having the boardwalk right outside the door along the Petticodiac River is awesome!! Within walking distance to any kind of restaurant you can desire (Gusto was phenomenal).

I loved the grays. Was so modern looking and inviting. The shower in the suite was awesome!!

The room was oversize, the bathroom was oversize, the staff was superb, the breakfast (served on real plates with real silverware) was plentiful, varied and tasty, and the free parking separated this from other top hotels in the area.

Chateau Moncton is situated right by downtown riverfront. The staff were friendly. Our room was clean. The desk had ample plugs for our laptop and phones. We choose this hotel as one of our stops as they were fine with us bringing our road bikes into the room. As part of our delicious hot breakfast buffet included in our booking we enjoyed watching the tides ebb and flow on riverfront view from the dining room. We can't wait to come back again on our return trip in a weeks' time.

the property was fine, however when I called down to the front desk to ask to have a blanket brought to my room, the gentlemen sighed on the other end and said it would be 5- 10 minutes, it never did come. This particular gentleman has been there every year when my family does this trip and he has the same poor people skills. Not sure why he would be on the front desk of a people facing role.

chateau moncton

the property was fine, however when I called down to the front desk to ask to have a blanket brought to my room, the gentlemen sighed on the other end and said it would be 5- 10 minutes, it never did come. This particular gentleman has been there every year when my family does this trip and he has the same poor people skills. Not sure why he would be on the front desk of a people facing role.
