Only reason I’m giving a 2 is because we atleast had one helpful staff other wise woulda been a 1 . When we checked in the girl sitting at the desk was unfriendly . We got our keys went to our room and it wasn’t the one we picked we went back down and the girl argued with us oh well it’s prepaid you get what you get . Unless we provided proof of pictures of the room we booked . We finally found the room option we choose that matched the room name I booked went back down and she still argued with us than argued with me that I didn’t book through Expedia even though I had proof and showed emails. Clearly I did or I wouldn’t have been able to check in …. Finally another staff from in back overheard and came out to help get it sorted until we got the room we wanted and
Booked but the other front desk
Girl argued with that staff in front of us and other guests in the lobby that it’s wrong and they can’t do that even though the girl was explaining to them it’s okay and that she wasn’t looking in correct places . All during this time the staff at the front desk would continue to stare at us giving dirty looks . If I didn’t already pay 256 dollars I woulda grabbed my bags and left .
