The place was good except they need to put higher toilet in the rooms they are to low especially when u have bad knees… Thanks for asking but we will not be booking from Hotel. Com again as we paid in us funds and as we should not have as we are both in Canada

The staff was excellent and the motel was clean, breakfast was good. The Heat/Cooling was very noisy. No coffee or tea available in the lobby. Found the hallways very dark. Gave the place a dated look.

The pool was on renovation but nobody communicated on this. We have 2 kids and pool was our priority. We fell like we were fulled around. The room is very small, there were few nasty stains on the carpet. The breakfast was very poor too. In conclusion, for $200 a night it was a disaster

Good value but needs to be updated soon

Its an older hotel now and hasnt really been refreshed. Its very dark inside the hallways etc. and not the most appealing. The location is still great (just off the highway to Shediac and beaches) and near downtown, Champlain Place shopping mall etc. Parking was free and breakfast included too and was quite good each day.

Breakfast bar was very good, well stocked, cleaned and tidied promptly; Fitness Centre was fine unfortunately several of equipment were out of order; guest laundry needs attention the dryer was broken fortunately the reception staff arranged for my laundry load to be dried in-house; T.V. Cable package needs to be expanded to include Canadian football.
