Asked for ground floor re: cane and got a room on 3rd floor; were informed at the counter that we had to pay another 250.00 dollars which would "later" be reimbursed, was not aware of this at all. AC in the room was always on and couldn't shut it off we froze all night.Very disappointed in my experience

It was ok...bathroom could have been a bit cleaner but the room itself was good. The cold lights in the hallways make the hotel seem very eerie - simply changing these to warmer light would make the place feel much more comfortable and cozy to stay at.

Friendly staff, clean room. Fridge was off and had a weird smell when we checked in, but otherwise was fine. The crib provided for our newborn was very deep with tall sides, and if you are short could cause issues.
