The hotel looks much better in the pictures than in reality, the rooms are very basic, and bare bone: no coffee, tea and very cheap shampoos and soaps...location is good.the service is fine, but this hotel just does not cut it for me for the price charged per night 153 euros!!
A very pleasant hotel which is extremely good value and has a great pool. Our aim was to be in the vicinity of Venice and its is not far too drive to the city. Dinner options in the locality are a little limited but the hotel setting is very nice. Highly recommended.
We stayed in the historic Relais Villa Fiorita for four nights so that we could be close to relatives we were meeting for the first time in Zenson di Piave. Based on the photos we found online, I had high hopes for this hotel being as beautiful as it looked, and it did not disappoint. We traveled here with our family of 5 from the Venice airport and it was an easy drive. Our family included two teenagers and a college student, and everyone loved it. The rooms were large (including the bathrooms), the meals were fantastic, and we had no complaints about the service. Our schedule didn't provide much time for the pool, but we did use it and loved it. (The pool was closed one day for a wedding, but we were notified in advance, which was much appreciated). Finding the lobby/reservation area for check-ins and parking (esp. with special events taking place) were the only two things that were less than ideal, but in the scheme of things, those were small inconveniences. Great value for sure too. We are used to Boston prices, so the cost of a one-night stay was incredibly low by comparison, which was a welcome surprise, esp. since we needed two rooms. Having a car is highly recommended, especially since there are so many beautiful sights to see in the entire Veneto region besides Venice. If we return to visit family, I'll absolutely book this place again. (FYI...the trains to Venice don't run as frequently from this general area as one would expect if you're used to Boston, NY or D.C. We took the train from nearby Meolo, and there were only two morning options going to Venice. For anyone with a car staying at this hotel, it might be better driving to Mestre and taking a train into historic Venice from there.)
Hotel service by everyone was top class and friendly. Room: We can only say " It was excellent." Clean, well arranged. The king size bed was just right for my bad back and kept clean and to top it a; Very spacious bathroom well furnished. The buffet Breakfast had a variety of different food kept fresh and hot with good service. I requested a ground room due to my injured knees and that was presently accommodated.
one day was more then enough, first surprise the recetpion was in the park hotel, not in this nice villa - the park hotel 70th cement building,... the rooms were big, but it smells so bad, also in the bathrooms,... the pool looks like a big one on the internet in natur, its a bathtub the boy who picks up our luggage wasn't able to speak any word english,.. the breakfest was not worth to say a word never get such a lousy breakfast, in some cheap us motels you get more and better...
nice place for a relaxed stay near venice good resturants with a large variety of wines ,nice pool, great park with fountain, you can choose a smoking or non smoking room , large room for an italian hotel, parking
We had a comfortable stay here, marketed to us as a good base to explore Venice by the tour operator in the UK. Admittedly, we could never have afforded a hotel such as this in Venice but it is still quite a distance if you rely on taxis (who were quoting €45 each way to Venice). The hotel shuttle bus was €6pp each way to the station but only went at 9.00am and picked up at 8pm. We therefore decided to hire a car. The receptionist was very helpful (and patient!), gave good local advice and organised the car hire for us. The rooms are clean and comfortable; only let down by the lack of tea and coffee making facilities (which on reflection isn't mentioned on the web site), and noisy air conditioning which was ok because it was only April so we could turn it off. Breakfast was good as was the evening meal and the staff were friendly attentive. Although there is a bar in the hotel, it never seemed to be open which was a shame. Wifi was available but we couldn't get it in our room so had to sit in reception to access the Internet. I would recommend the hotel but only if you have access to a car (book before you go - the prices were double to what we were quoted on line but never got round to booking). It is also nice to be able to escape the hustle and bustle of Venice (about 30mins drive away) and relax in beautiful surroundings.
we've visited this hotel in june 2011 , booked 2 rooms in Relais Villa Fiiorita. This is a part of the hotel with low buildings (main building = hotel fiorita is not so nice) we really loved it , nice breakfast , very nice hotel garden en pool area but... during weekends we were not allowed to use the pool as hotel rents this area for weddings... this should be announced in advance !
I stayed here for 4 nights in June 2012. It is a lovely location, delightful small town. The relais is very nice, furnished very nice and with good quality service. The garden is also beautiful, with all sorts of flowers and trees. The only downs were the location - rather difficult to reach, only with taxi or personal car and the breakfast - rather simple, not in accordance with the 4 stars. A very helpful team at the reception too, although not very easy with English. A good choice for a quiet stay far from the hustle and bustle of a big city.
The hotel is in 2 parts. Park Hotel (modern,) and Relais Villa (as per pictures). The two are linked via corridors where the dining areas are (3 or 4 separate dining rooms). We stayed in the villa and the rooms are simple but clean and spacious (Quiet AC). The main hotel has a modern business hotel feel and they regularly host seminars. On the weekend we stayed there was major rugby tournament in Treviso area so the hotel was busy with a large youth team who were quite noisy but you can't choose your fellow guests. The hotel is very convenient for Venice- in fact as we were travelling by car it was better. We parked at nearby Treviso train station (6 euro parking) and took the train into Venice (5-6 euros each). Food in the hotel was good including the buffet breakfast. Pool area/bar really good to sit in the evening. (be wary of wedding parties that may take over at the weekends) Overall quite a special feel to the place especially when you consider the price. I would certainly recommend it and we would love to go back. Most of the staff are very helpful and speak good English (Special mention to Michele our waiter who was helpful and informative).
