Rented the most expensive suite and was greatly disappointed. The light in my room was flickering the entire time. It was so bothersome that I had to turn the lights completely off. This is not what I expected for the price I paid. Also, I requested room service and they didn’t show up. I left my room so they could come clean and ended up burning my time. I had to call the front desk 3 times for this reminder. Lastly, the front desk said they notated my account for a later check out and completely dropped the ball on this. The staff member the next morning didn’t see the note so checked me out early. I expect much more from Marriot being a Bonvoy member of many years.

The staff was so friendly and willing to help. The room was clean and quiet. My only recommendation would be to put the hand soap and lotion on the wall too! Otherwise had a great experience.
