For “downtown” I expected a lot better. Kitchenette was located in the closet/bathroom next to the vanity. People “living” on the property very questionable. The front desk clerk who checked me in had on no mask, although sign required guest temps (which were not taken). Look like a motel that was “converted”.

I was visiting family and friends too hot to stay in the RV the property is nice

Very nice hotel - clean and comfortable. The kids had a nice swim in the outdoor pool. Real nice breakfast. I'd stay here again. Happy travels everyone!

Very Clean, comfortable and good breakfast, nice people (attendants)

Great staff. Outstanding room and experience. Felt safe.

quick over nite stay. breakfast was good. other guests were friendly.

This hotel is clean and neat, but the location is not that great. My room was upstairs, 2 doors from an alley. As I was walking up the stairs a couple of "homeless" folks walked by. When I got to the top of the stairs you could tell it is used for other "purposes". You could tell it had been cleaned but there was a lingering smell. If I was going to stay longer than over night, I would have changed hotels.

Besides a trian going by between 10pm and 3am, there were meth heads talking loud in a room nearby. Also appears rooms were rented hourly. Gross place!

It was a good location and the staff was friendly

I went for a soccer tournament with my daughter. The beds and room itself were updated. You can tell the building is old from the outside and the pictures make the “breakfast room” looks a lot bigger in the pictures than it actually is. The area is a bit sketchy, a lot of homeless people and it’s not gated. Nothing happened to us, but i wouldn’t stay for more than one night. No complaints. The staff was friendly and the breakfast is basic. I’d recommend it if you need something ASAP.

Felt super dirty and uncomfortable, they need to deep clean the carpets and remodel the hotel.. not worth what we paid for.

Very noisy location. Very old needs updating. We won't be staying there again

Door does not close properly, carpet was not clean, shower temperature could not be adjusted properly and did not have pressure. However the staff was helpful and friendly. It should not belong to Best Western Group.

Your picture is deceiving. It is the building across the street. Motel personal were very pleasant anthem room was clean and comfortable. The bathrooms need help! Why would a toilet be placed so that the front is only about 14 inches from the shower wall? Nice room if you don't need the toilet. I will look for other options next time.

Room was nice, clean. Mattresses a bit uncomfortable though and breakfast is continental not the full breakfast they advertised. I felt the room was overpriced at $92 for what we received.

This is a good value for a place to crash one night. Staff members were nice and allowed late check out. Try to avoid the west side of the building it can get a little warm in the room.

Love this place it's hidden in downtown Modesto so it's very peaceful
