I arrived and they have had some kind of power outage. They could not make a key so the employee e had to take me to the room and open for me. If I left the room she had to come and open it every time. Not sure about not having a key and not being able to leave. For the price of the room, not acceptable
I liked how spacious the rooms were! Tall ceilings and there is a working kitchen with a normal sized fridge and a stove, which was a surprise to us.

Although unassuming in appearance, this is a hidden gem in terms of what you get for your money. The front desk manager was welcoming and friendly, arranging for us to get into a room a little early. The lobby area was very clean and tidy. The fitness room and pool area were fine if not fancy. Our room was clean and spacious, with a sofa, a kitchen table, a roomy bathroom, and comfortable beds. The kitchenette is the real bonus, though -- a full-sized fridge and freezer, crockery, cookware and silverware! With City Market right across the street, it's a perfect setup for anyone who doesn't want to eat every meal out. And the location is great too -- an easy walk to all kinds of shops, cafes and restaurants.

Breakfast was very good. Pool is nice. Accessibility to parking could be improved to include ramps at all exits. Room was not cleaned well, sleeper sofa had bits of food on the mattress. Curtains are too long and cover the air conditioner.
Wish all hotels were this quiet. Staff was great.
It was in a great spot. Convenient to everything and very close to Arches National Park.

Very convenient room with four(!) nice chairs, very good bed, not soft and not hard, quite AC. All renovated building.

It was in convenient location. It was clean and the full kitchen was handy, although didn’t need to use it much. Breakfast was always replenished by an elderly couple. Space was little tight for 3 people. Stayed in king bed with sofa bed.
The front desk people were especially nice & helpful!

Thank you Cesar for taking time and leaving us a review. I apologize for the inconvenience of not having a key. I assure you we never thought the power outage would disable our key card reader. Our Staff is more that happy to accommodate our guest in anyway. We hope you will stay with us again in the future
