Our room was very old and dirty. The carpet was very dirty, we were given a half empty shampoo bottle. One bar of soap for the wash station and the bathtub. Stains on the sheets. AC didn't work in July. We would not stay again. Friendly staff but yuck!

After an 8-hour drive, I showed up an hour after check-in, 4pm, to find that my room was not ready. I was told that they would need an additional 30 minutes so I went and found something to do. Approximately 30 minutes later, it's now 4:33, I called to check on the status of my room and it STILL wasn't ready. I waited another 45 minutes thinkingbthat they would call to inform me that my room was ready but after not receiving a call I called again at 5:24 and my room was finally ready. I didn't get into my room for three hours after I was told check in began and wasn't offered an apology, or concession of any kind. As I mentioned, I had just driven for 8 hours straight and just wanted to relax in my room and felt like I was treated like crap.
