Perfect Spot for ND games!

Great location and cute house for a smaller group for a Notre Dame game weekend! Would absolutely stay again! Only small improvements that could be made would be a better stocked kitchen with basic kitchen utensils/appliances - the lack of a cutting board being the biggest. But did not hamper our stay at all!

Nice for a weekend!

The stay was nice and close to ND, which was important to us. The house was easy enough to find. It fit all of us comfortably. A few things we liked were the wine glasses and other glassware, the location, the subtle theming and the coffee machine. If you’re coming for a football game weekend this is a good spot. We didn’t love that there didn’t seem to be outdoor cushions for the chairs back there - couldn’t really enjoy the backyard on hard wood. The house itself is old and dated with a very millennial-esque renovation. The door to the bathroom was slatted - so there weirdly wasn’t a lot of privacy? You could hear everything happening in it. The attic smells quite musty. The bathroom in the basement had issues - was hard to flush the toilet and it wouldn’t always empty. The shower took a very long time to get hot. Overall this place was fine. We appreciated the hosts quick communication and commitment to us having a good stay.

Wonderful Stay!

We had a great short stay! We were only in South Bend for one day, but the house was very clean, and location was very convenient with a grocery store and a strip mall with numerous restaurants just a block away. Though we drove to Notre Dame, it really is very close and you could walk there, nice neighborhood as well, very peaceful. Great job on the furnishing and the decorations!

Easter Weekend Stay

We had a lovely stay over Easter weekend. The house was clean, nicely/newly decorated and stocked with all the necessities. Great location--short walk to the Notre Dame campus and close to the grocery store. The owner was very responsive and accessible.

Quiet, Safe House Near the Notre Dame Campus

House was beautiful. Newly renovated. Very clean! Neighborhood was very quiet and in a safe area. House was near great dining and shopping. The house is close to the Notre Dame campus. Cute game room in the lower level. Nice washer and dryer. Backyard was nice with activities during the warmer months. Would definitely stay here again. Five stars across the board! Host was very responsive!!! We extended our trip to stay longer, so definitely a winning house to stay at!
