Condo is beautifully decorated and nice & clean. Furniture & bed were very comfortable and description of property was accurate. The 1/2 bath was a nice plus even though it was just my wife and I. Communication with property management was excellent (one of the best we’ve experienced) Would highly recommend.

Best place we've stayed at so far

It was a really enjoyable stay. However, there weren't enough luggage carts and it really made our check-in process last long. The elevators were sometomes packed with luggages from people who werent able to find any carts. For such a big building, with a lot of coming and going guests, it was hard to find any carts at all. Other than that, everything else was good. The beach was close and the room was really nice as well.

Can’t wait to stay here again!

Our stay at this condo was great! We were impressed with how clean and cozy it was. The bed was so comfy, the AC can be adjusted to however cold you want it (this was a huge deal for us) and we also loved the shower. The half bathroom was a great addition off of the living room. It’s also very convenient being on the second floor, as it is easy to get to the ground floor for the pool and parking garage easily. The huge wrap around balcony was also great. There were a few things that bothered us, but we are easy going and just dealt with it. On our second day, we had lots of sugar ants on our counter top where the sink is. Also, the dryer does suck, which I’ve seen previous reviews about. I had clothes drying for over 2 hrs and still had to check out of the condo with damp towels. With a 4 year old, I also didn’t like that there were several steps down the path to the beach - it was hard to haul our wagon loaded down with everything we have to tote. Overall, we had a great stay and I’m already looking forward to booking this condo for next year.

Great!

We loved everything about the condo. This is our second time staying in the Luau building and would stay in this unit again. The only thing that was unsatisfactory was there were some long hairs on the shower wall when we arrived and the drain in the only shower needs to be snaked or something badly. Just taking a 3-5 minute shower the water to starts to fill on the bottom.

Beautiful condo and resort

Gorgeous condo and resort! This condo was spotlessly cleaned, beautifully decorated and we loved the location! Only negative was porch looked out over parking lot but still a lovely porch! This resort is hands down a 5 star but we were disappointed that the pool located in the Luau didn't have it's heater on when we arrived. It was turned on about a week into our stay. I would assume it would have been on all through the winter months. Hands down would stay here again! We loved it!

Best long weekend ever!!

We can't say enough good things about this rental. The bed was sooooo comfy it was hard to say goodbye to it!! We loved the setup so much, it was so homey and comfortable for the two of us! We also just loved the location overall - super close to Baytowne wharf, was so easy to head over on the free tram! We also loved how easy it was to get to the beach from the path behind the pool - so convenient!! We're definitely looking forward to our next stay in this unit for sure!! :)

Great condo and location!

We brought our toddlers who slept on the pull out couch. The door access to the patio from the bedroom worked perfect for this. There were brief storms during our stay which made the parking garage access great. The pool was AWESOME with a kiddie pool. The beach was a short walk (no crossing highways or major streets) and the views from the sun deck were amazing. Baytown Warf was also great to see and was only a mile away. There is a Publix grocery store and other restaurants within a mile drive as well. We went to the beach and pool every day!

1 elevator!!! Thank goodness we can walk up the stairs and finding a cart to bring your stuff up is just so frustrating. It took us almost an hour to get one and than a long wait to get the elevator! But we enjoyed our condo very much

Nice Unit; As Pictured
