This eighth floor condo (803), in Ariel Dunes II, features one of the most scenic views along the Emerald Coast. This unit features a newly remodeled and modern look with 2 bedrooms for the space and amenities needed for a great vacation. A very short walk to a private beach and you will be relaxing in the sand. This condo sleeps 6 with a master bedroom that has a king size bed, guest bedroom with a queen size bed, and a pull-out sofa in the living room. There are LCD TVs in the master bedroom, guest bedroom, and living room. Condo comes with in unit washer/dryer, wifi, cable TV, and fitness room access. Guests booking through our website also have the option for Pack' N play rental.
Ariel Dunes provides all Seascape resorts amenities including: 18 hole golf course, 3 full size pools, basketball courts, tennis courts, pickleball courts, and full service Cabana Café restaurant with live entertainment.

My family and I had a great stay. Seascape is a very nice place to stay and the room was near perfect. Great view, clean and everything you needed. The only negative which honestly meant next to nothing was the water pressure or lack there of from our showers. I imagine the number of rooms in the building play a part. Other than that, 5 star, great time! Would definitely stay again.
