Location is top notch with the best view and clean white sand beautiful beach. Both sunrise and sunset views make it highly desirable. Only issue we had is some of the balcony doors did not close as they did not align well, may be sure to the weather in the gulf. Overall loved the property

Little Piece of Heaven

Location is the best! House is really cute, decor was loaded with beach vibes and had a nice layout perfect for our crew of five. Had a little bug issue but the management was on it in a flash. Sad our trip ended and eager to return!

Gorgeous beach and location. Home is nice but needs a lot of work. Upstairs decking needs replaced- soft and weathered. Downstairs shower barely works. Loose handrails on inside staircase. Bathrooms could use updating. We probs lay would find

Overall we had a good stay but the home does need improving. It was not ideal having to go to the beach through the downstairs bedroom. The only working door was right beside the bed and it was very hard to open and close. The floors were disguised. Everyone’s feet were black the entire stay and it got in the beds and all on our clothes. Location was perfect for teens to walk and ride golf carts around but we probably won’t be staying at this location again.

More Cons than Pros

We had high hopes for this property based on the pictures and reviews that were available at the time of booking. It was described as spectacularly upgraded and fully furnished. While this home was clean, which is a HUGE plus. Upon arrival, we immediately wanted to go and check out the beach views. It was impossible for me to get any of the doors open to the patio. All of the doors were extremely sticky and it felt like you were going to rip the frame out of the wall when you tried to open them. The third story patio felt spongy and unsafe. The house was furnished well in the kitchen and we had everything we need to cook minus a grill. We have never stayed in a property that didn't have a grill. For this being a beach house, there was absolutely nothing for the beach in the house. We are lucky we drove. Those that are flying you will need to pack your own towels, toys, chairs, tents, and anything else you might need for a day at the beach. Rental tents are available for rent two chairs and an umbrella for $500 per week. We just walked to the store on the corner and purchased umbrellas and brought our own chairs. The biggest let down of all was the layout of the house. We termed the lower master the fish camp room. You have to walk through the room to get to the beach. It was musty and definitely not a nice king suite. Let's not forget shower handles falling off while trying to turn on water. Overall we enjoyed the beautiful beaches here but would stay elsewhere next time.

Great location but not well maintained nor accurately described

The location and the beach cannot be beat but we found this house to be inaccurately described and in need of substantial maintenance. There is no true downstairs master as other houses on this strip. It really is a pass through living area that has beds in it. The only way to access the beach is to walk through that downstairs room. You cannot walk around the outside of the house. Everyone staying at the house must go through the bottom room to get to and from the beach - and the only working door is right at the head of the bed. The other door downstairs to the deck has a sign on it not to use. The room is really a shared space not a true second Master Bedroom. The upstairs Master deck is slanted, moves if you walk on it, and feels unstable and scary. The upstairs Master shower is travertine and was full of mold upon our arrival. The management company did respond quickly and send someone to clean the mold and he also checked the deck. He was concerned about the deck so we did not use that top deck at all. The main floor living room door to the middle deck is not properly sealed and water runs into the inside living room floor if it rains, which we had to mop up. That door also did not lock. The home did not appear to be "newly renovated" as described. The inside and outside of this residence needs lots of work but it's location and the beach is a dream.

Great location!

Amazing location on the beach! Enjoyed the view from all three decks. House had everything needed for our stay. The only negative was that all guest had to go through the lower level bedroom to get to the beach.

Great house. Great beach.

Almost everything was great. The beds weren’t amazing, but were good enough. The furniture wasn’t super comfortable but wasn’t bad. But I spent most of my time on the beach and in the water and that was perfect. The location was pretty good too. Within walking distance to ice cream and coffee.

Family Vacation

The property is as advertised! It is a fantastic place to stay, and I highly recommend it. Location to beach is steps away and the water is so clear! Various good options 5-20 minutes away with lots of activities available. This is the perfect spot for two families to enjoy a memorable vacation together.

Good, but.....

Great location of course. Oceanfront. Nice furnishings. However, a property like this really needs to have beach towels and beach chairs. People who fly in cannot arrive with such. That's disappointing. A few small arrival amenities such as a packet of coffee, sugar, creamer and a small packet of laundry detergent would have been nice. Overall, we had a great time and the views from the 3 decks is excellent.
