Each of the 4 snorkeling reefs comprises 40 acres of permitted sea bottom. The Dolphin Reef is at a depth of 12-20 feet. We strongly recommend that snorkelers use a kayak, paddleboard, or other flotation device when visiting the snorkel reefs. Sea conditions can and do change quickly and often. Enjoy!

Had a great time. Was nice to have a playground for the grandkids along with a heated pool and easy access & parking at the beach. Parking is tight for multiple vehicles, so be sure to ask where to park if you can't fit in the driveway.

Loved being close to the beach and having access to a kitchen. It made it easy to cook for the little ones. Parking was not as spacious as we thought but we made it work other then that no complains.
Stay: May 23-30, 2026 RealJoy actually asked me not to leave a review, or to call first so they could convince me to "see things differently." *RealJoy portal sent us to the completely wrong street and house.*The door code failed at arrival. While maintenance was helpful, we were never given instructions on how to operate the keypad.*Promised internet instructions were missing from the refrigerator.*Owner’s golf cart blocked most of the covered parking space and the door to the outdoor storage room. RealJoy falsely claimed covered parking wasn't an amenity until I sent them a screenshot of their own listing.*All but 1 of the listed bikes were locked, and no combinations were provided.*The gas fire pit knob was stuck so the firepit was unusable. The grill was missing basic cooking utensils (only one spatula provided).*The back porch floodlights constantly strobed on and off when trying to use the porch light.*An electrical outlet in the twin bunk room was detached and off the wall.*Bathroom floor tiles were loose with crumbling grout, a bathroom ceiling vent came loose, and the towel rack was unusable.*Closet doors and kitchen cabinets wouldn't close properly. *Floors and counters still had dirt. Many kitchen items were put away dirty. Trash can still had trash.*odors from trash left in cans made carport area hard to use.
