It was not clear from the description that two of the three bedrooms were connected, meaning you had to walk through one to get to the other, which was not ideal for us traveling as three couples. Otherwise, the place was great.The building lost hot water and the host was very responsive, submitted a repair ticket, and kept us apprised of the repair as it progressed. Hosts were amazing!

Checking in after hours due to a long drive and I’m use to the host sending everything I need to check in if check in is at 4 PM. However this hose did not send the door code until I called asking for it to get in the property and the gate code was not provided. We went to front desk for codes and they stated the host had to give the codes to us but the host said to go to front desk so that was troublesome. I was talking to some guest staying there and they hd the same issue.

Great property and location. The host was incredibly kind and an excellent communicator. We had some cold weather so only one true beach day, but there were so many fun things to do in the area and the view from the patio is breathtaking! Truly a fabulous experience. Three bedrooms and three bathrooms made for an excellent stay. We will definitely be back! The only tiny things I would say is the kitchen had plenty of cookware, but no spices or oil past S&P, which is totally fine, but caught us off guard a bit when cooking our first meal. Next time we will be prepared

Ocean Views were awesome. Enjoyed our stay very much. 3 bed/baths were wonderful. 2 bedrooms are connected without a hallway so the far bedroom has to walk through the middle bedroom or go through building hallway to get to kitchen. Overall, nice layout with redone countertops in baths and kitchen. Queen bedroom bath you have to pull out on the knob with a lot of force to start the shower water. Great water pressure and plenty of hot water for all to shower at once.

Beautiful Condo Right on the Beach!

The pictures do not do justice! Very spacious and updated property. Cindy was so easy to work with. We only had six guests with us and we felt that we could have 12 people. We had a minor leak from the unit above day 2...but Cindy was on it immediately...She called in crew. My family will be back for sure!This is property is a great value and great location ! And the owners are top notch!! Thank You for sharing your beautiful space!

Seascape surfside condo

Very nice but could use some minor updating. Lighting in master bath was missing recessed bulb. Seemed like some of the light switches were quickly painted over and some did not work. Kitchen cookware was older and some not very clean (noticed that the dishwasher didn’t clean ours very well either )so it may have been cleaned but not checked before they put it away. The A/C kept going out and needing to be reset These are just little things and all in all we were very happy so not meant to be a bad review.

Very good place to stay but it is not beachfront it is across the street from the beach. But there is a walway over the street to get to the beach but there are a lot of stairs going dowň to the beach. But overall for the whole family great place.

Amazing Experience!

Loved everything about our stay! Host checked in on us to ensure our stay was perfect. She also gave us a list of places to check out in the area which came in handy since it was our first time in Destin. We were a family of 12 and this place accommodated all of us.
