Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location of this property was so great for us. Just a short walk to the beach, it was a great property to take a walk in the mornings or evenings, walking distance from an Alvin's and several restaurants if you didn't want to fight the roads. And it featured a great view of the beach from the balcony. It's a great stay!

Perfect stay!

This VRBO was exactly what we needed for our trip. We were attending a music festival at the resort and it was the perfect distance both to the festival grounds and to the beach. The place was clean and the beds were comfortable. We loved being on the patio in the morning for breakfast! I would stay here again.

Great Stay

Great place to stay. Great first floor bar/restaurant/entertainment, heated pool, nice workout facility/pickleball courts. Short walk to the beach. Nice walking path along the scenic highway with access to a number of shops and eateries. Management is great as they respond efficiently to any concerns there may be.

A few problems

Rating Details: The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: While the unit we stayed in was fine, we did encounter a few problems. The bathroom attached to the queen room had a terrible leak in the bathtub that saturated the floors and the toilet chain broke, resorting my friends to have to rig it with a hanger in order to use. Also, food had been left in the oven (not for sure how long, but it was moldy). We had to take immediately to the trash chute because it stank. Other than that, the stay was pleasant but you may want to ensure the cleaning staff checks the oven and you may want someone to check on that leak!
