Location was great, property was clean, easy access to pool and beach. However, the master bed was very hard and uncomfortable. Pillows too. And, the bunkbeds are short, not long enough for a 5 foot five adult without feet hitting the wall.

Repeat customer

This was our 4th or 5th time to stay at Beach Vibes. The unit is always clean and well furnished. The location is perfect. Just across from the beach where there is a ramp down to beach and also a public restroom. Time spent on the back patio where you can hear the waves is very relaxing. There is also a nice pool in the property. The owners are very responsive anytime we have contacted them.

Miramar family vacation

We had a great time at Summer Breeze. Space was perfect for our family and Steve was able to accommodate us to be just a few doors down from my sister and family. Was so convenient walking right out to the pool, grill and their condo! Only complaint was the view of construction next door, but this is out of owners control. Thanks for having us!

Life is sweet at Beach Vibes!

Nothing but perfection. We stayed for 10 lovely days and had no complaints. First floor access is key for unloading car, groceries, doing laundry, grilling at pool! Kelley and Steve are awesome at what they do and we will definitely continue to come back!

Wonderful experience! My family has been coming to Destin for many years and this is the best spot we have found to stay. Very clean, and SO SO close to the beach. It was the perfect size for our family and had everything we needed. We will be looking for this property when we come back.

Great Beach Vibes Experience

We stayed for a week and found the condo very comfortable and nicely decorated. We enjoyed relaxing at the pool and hot tub which are well maintained. Steve and Kelly are very attentive to their guests.

Great little place to stay!

Great place across from beach access. Walking distance to a few restaurants. Condo was clean and well stocked with basic amenities. Our family of 4 had enough room to enjoy. We liked that it was in the back and not front and center by the pool. AC worked well and had no issues with that.

Awesome Miramar Beach Spring Break!

We had a great time at Summer Breeze Beach Vibes condo. There was great communication from the hosts. This condo is in a great location. It is in walking distance to the beach (right accross the street), and many restaurants, shops, coffee and convenience stores. Just a short drive to grocery stores and gas stations. The pool and hot tub were clean and well kept. The other residents were welcoming and friendly. It is a quiet environment.

Family Spring Break

There were 4 adults in this cute little condo. I would not recommend more as it seemed crowded with just the 4 of us. Everything was incredibly clean! The owners were very prompt with all replies and we had a few concerns while we were there but they did their best to make them all right. Great location across from the beach and the pool and hot tub area were never crowded!

Another great stay

This was our second year staying here. I missed being able to use the patio but due to construction it was not safe to use. Steve refunded a percentage of my payment due to that and also let us check in early. Other than that everything with the condo was perfect. Thank you for a another great stay!

Be forewarned

Under construction outside. Buy your own toilet paper, paper towels, washcloths and soap if there is more than one person for more than one day. We were warned that the a/c wouldn't work correctly, but didnt realize the temp would never get below 75 and kept increasing to where it was 80, even at night. It irregularly knocked like a jackhammer 24 hours a day. The owners had a loud portable unit put in the bedroom on the 4th day of our 5 day visit and arramged to have a new unit installed AFTER WE CHECKED OUT. There was only 1 washcloth and two makeup washcloths for 5 people for 5 days. Only 1 roll of toilet paper, one roll of paper towels, and one trash bag. Unacceptable, no matter if they warn you ahead of time. The oven spews toxic chemical smoke when preheating. The smoke alarm is in the drawer. Will never go back, especially at that price.

Great vacation rental!

The best compliment I could give is that it was exactly what we expected it would be when we booked it. So many things can go wrong when you book a vacation with folks you do not know, and the vacation then becomes having to deal with issues instead of relaxation and enjoyment. Fortunately, that was not the case renting from you all. We settled in nicely, and the only disappointment was having to leave.

Great location! Condo was stocked with everything we needed. Pool and hot tub a bonus! 3 min walk to beach and pompano joes. Wonderful communication with owners! Comfortable beds and even had Ugg pillows and blankets!!
