I stayed at this motel 3 different occasions. The first time was room 21, the only decent room I soon found out. The second time was room 20, which has a 1/2 inch crack at the bottom of the door allowing bugs from outside to crawl in. The last time was room 7. It was a total dump, the bed inverted mattress horrible, A/C barely cooled the room and you could hear every semi and train that went by. That being said as a whole the hot water took 10-15 minutes to warm up, if at all apparently there is only one hot water heater for the entire complex. The bedding and towels were stained, I always carry my own since I travel often. The rates seem to change depending on how the owner is feeling that particular day which you dont find out until checkout. Seriously I stayed here because it was close to work but ended up checking out and driving to a better hotel in Dodge City. Do yourself a favor and keep driving!

The motel is at very convient location, the room and bathroom was very clean and nice, very quite. we had very good sleep. The Manager and staff are very kind and polite. we stayed on April 28,2019. I recommand to stay in this this hotel to everyone. we always stay in this hotel while we stop.

Very bad experience, room was not cleaned from previous guest, floor dirty, beds were not made and sheets and pillow cases obviously had not been changed and it was obvious someone had just slept in both beds, no clean towels at all, only dirty towels piled on the table and one dirty towel laying in bathtub and the previous guest left a surprise in the toilet. I was given clean towels and they looked like they would be better rags and I'm pretty sure they hadn't been through a washing machine lately. Very obvious the owner does not take much pride in their business.

This is the 7th or 8th year in a row we have stayed here, as we are in the area for hunting every fall. Alfred is exceptionally friendly and sincerely interested in us having an enjoyable experience. The motel was run down the first time we stayed there almost 10 years ago, but each year there have been substantial improvements. And he continues to improve his property by remodeling the rooms. The motel is perfect for hunters. He has outdoor grills and picnic tables that we did not use this year, but they are available. We will be back again next year!

The motel was very nice and clean. I am a person that loves clean bathroom. The motel bathroom were so neat and tidy that I was very impressed to see that. The rooms were not bad. They were cleaned and smelled really good. The bedsheets are the most important thing for me as of from hygiene. But they were cleaned and smelled so fresh. My husband is used to the morning coffees. The gas station is very close by so he had our morning coffee. The people who works their are very nice and friendly. I will surely suggest you guys to go and stay there. I will give 5 stars to it.

Alfred recently bought this hotel and totally remodeled the place. He is a great owner who makes sure his guests are taken care of. Climate and microwave and fridge etc were all great. Hot shower too. If you ever need to stop there I really recommend it.

We stopped here on our way west because we were too tired to drive any longer. The bathroom is gross and just horrifyingly stained. The carpet and mattresses are stained. There are other rooms in the inn that have black plastic over the windows and doors. It doesn't feel clean or safe. Don't stay here.

Air Conditioning did not work, it was dirty, bathroom was deplorable, towels and linens should have been retired for rags. We had 6 rooms for family that were in Minneola for a funeral. All had reserved for 2 nights. All had problems with their rooms. None of us stayed the second night, and owners would not refund the money. This is the ONLY time my husband has walked away from a hotel that he could not get a refund. Owners may be trying.....they are working on some of the rooms.....but they should not be renting rooms that are in this condition.

While we did have a new TV, tiled bathroom floors, and a king-sized bed, the room was not cleaned during our three-night stay, and there was trash under our bed. The carpets were stained, there was not adequate water pressure to bathe under or to flush the toilet with, and the furniture was falling apart. Our curtains fell off the rod, the doors DO NOT lock behind you so you've got to make sure, and the wifi wasn't functional for guest usage. They were working on installing air conditioning units in some rooms, and during the day he had painters in one room trying out colors and he said he was in the process of making some necessary renovations. The receipt says the room is subject to inspection before checkout is complete- and although it wasn't inspected, it did sound as if our ability to check out was conditional upon the cleanliness of the room.

This was by far the worst hotel we ever set foot in. Alfred boasts that it is newly remodeled, clean, air conditioning, internet, etc. It is horrible. The room was dirty, stains on the floor, bed dirty, hair in the sink, toilet stained brown, no switchplate in the bathroom, door locks you in or out of the bathroom, air conditioner does not work and teh air coming out smells like a dead body, furniture in the room is stained and broken. bugs crawling on the floor, internet doesn't work. Worst thing is that Alfred refuses to refund our money even though we were in our room for only 7 minutes. He also charged us $30 more than his advertised price. What a joke. Horrible. Where is the health department?
